3Legsforward have recently released their debut album at the legendary sawmills  studio in Cornwall with engineer John Cornfield (Stone roses, Muse, Supergrass, New Model Army, Oasis) 

3LF are a  powerful four piece rock, punk, ska, metal blues, ....well a  band from the heart of the England.
Born into a punk era 3legsforward definitely show the elements of a growing up in  unemployment, council estate gang fighting, turbulent drug frenzies,  H.M.P, heads stuck in valve amps and above all a nice bunch of cunts as described by some ..
