Yoni Yarchi's latest release on Everything Will Be OK is a powerful serving of two soulful, atmospheric tracks that will take listeners on the journey of a lifetime.

Featuring the Israeli producer's trademark shimmering pads and mysterious vocals, Yoni's Hydra EP is a hypnotising tour through two of the greatest expanses: outer space and the sea.

Both Hydra and Another Galaxy find Yoni displaying his immense talents, employing calming melodies and complex drums to slow the listener down, and then pull them along faster.

On Hydra, Yoni uses long, winding pads and fractured, echoing vocals to create a state of meditation, before awakening us with a deep, controlling groove.

Meanwhile, we find Yoni crafting glistening synths and poignant melodies to transport us to a new galaxy. Another Galaxy has the feel of interstellar travel, slowing down halfway to take in the twinkling stars of the grand cosmic opera, before pushing us ahead at lightspeed with a thundering, pulsating breakdown.

The two productions are supported by a trilogy of remixes from Joe Miller, Amir Telem, and Ivan Sandhas, who each bring their unique sound to the EP to create something truly special.

Santo is a young artist/producer, creating interesting electronic music out of Vienna Austria. His connection to music reaches way back in time to his school years, as he was playing in bands and creating music from scratch with his friends. His discovery of electronic music was a milestone in his musical journey and since then he has been focusing on recording and digitalising his ideas, producing music and DJing. Santo’s style includes unique grooves, catchy beats, doing it in an elegant, minimalistic way. He is making music for one reason, to make people want to dance. The song „Left Turn“ was an idea for turning things around stylistically, mixing up the flow a little bit, but also to get back to the roots of analog music. The groove is something to dance to if you like boomy subs and a catchy mid-section. Alex Doering delivers an atmospheric, deep re-interpretation with a dreamy touch by adding lush pads and electrifying synths, softly twisting the plot of the “Left turn”.

Following up to his epic tune from 2019, "Magneto", SVT alum Nhii surfaces this spring on A Tribe Called Kotori with his latest solo instalment, "Brooklyn Serenity". True to his free-flowing, widescreen approach towards production and life in general, Nhii (No Human Is Illegal) telekinetically escorts his listener onto a path of vibrant sensual psychedelia and eclectic wizardry that lack neither spirit nor oomph. 

As totemic silhouettes blend into a goosebump-inducing tapestry of polyrhythmic drums and stealth electronics, the opening cut "The Light Inside" - featuring Shrii's suave vocals - invites you to a whirling carnival of bleepin' and bloopin' extravaganza, packed to the brim with that trademark Nhii soulful punch. The further syncopated "Xylem" picks up the torch with swagger and attitude, pulling out a playful distillate of warm Jewish jazz clarinet, freq-shifting bass and frolicsome drums to satisfyingly deep yet dynamic effect. 

Hopping in on remix duty, B.o.T unbridles the original's horsepower with extra focus and emphasis on DJ use. Repurposed for no-nonsense dance floor traction, "Xylem" proves a highly efficient energy-booster while retaining all of Nhii's refined melodic touch and laid-back, smokey jazz vibes. Premium material for the jockeys out there, yes, but with that cracking, all-natural strut of Nhii we dig so much.

Nhii feat. Shrii – The Light Inside [Snippet]

There is a tendency within modern electronica to pigeonhole and categorise, to package music into easily digestible formulae. In direct revolt comes Dutch artist Satori and his new album Dreamin’ Colours, released globally April 22nd, 2022, on renowned imprint Crosstown Rebels. Recorded at the esteemed Sonic Vista Studios in Ibiza, the nine-track LP has been greatly anticipated off the back of its proceedings singles: Yellow Blue Bus ft. Laska, Lalai ft. Ariana Vafadari and most recently Gin Song. 

Troublemaker ft. El Mundo retains an inherent melodic quality, progressing through poignant strings and whispering kick-hat combos. It leaves us feeling pensive, as Condor ft. Ora Dea, Moshe Halperin comes next. It’s the album’s penultimate piece, one that celebrates the native people of Chile through the use of their very own language. Powerful and poignant, the mesmeric sounds of Ora Dea and Moshe meander subtly into Lonely Boy (Redux) ft. Hugo Oak. The closing saga brings things to a wonderfully subdued finish, rounding off the album on a wholeheartedly calming note.

Sabo's record label Sol Selectas closes out 2022 with an organic house EP by German Brigante which alongside his four originals, also includes remixes by Namito and Rodrigo Gallardo.

Based in Spain, German Brigante is a skilled producer and accomplished DJ whose eclectic style includes releases on labels ranging from Get Physical Music to Diynamic. Recently he has been focusing on melodic grooves with organic sounds and has become a regular feature of Sol Selectas along with other genre-defining organic house labels such as Bar 25 Music and Monaberry.

Namito has been Sol Selectas favourite ever since the release of his chart-topping track "Stone Flower". He is a Persian artist whose enchanting melodic style has been signed to other scene-leading imprints including Katermukke, Do Not Sit, Bedrock and Selador.

Rodrigo Gallardo is a Chilean artist who blends traditional instruments from his country's folk law with electronic beats and intricate synth melodies. He has previously featured numerous tracks on Sol Selectas' Summer Sol compilations and has also released music on other imprints such as Cercle Records, Cafe De Anatolia and Underyourskin Records.

"Mahesha" is a percussive track with aerobic strings and a plodding bassline combined with ceremonial vocals to create a mystical vibe with a dance floor focused energy.

"Khooli Rah" is a cinematic track with epic strings and uplifting melodies combined with flowing percussion and a Punjabi vocal underpinned with a pulsating bassline.

"Parvati Maa" has dramatic bass chords layered with a sensual vocal, fluttering strings and pitched percussion that adds to its irresistible melodic groove.

First of the remixes comes from Namito who delivers a techy remix of "Parvati Maa". A raised tempo and looped groove combine with snippets of the original vocal and a psychedelic breakdown section that builds spine-tingling suspense before dropping into a breakbeat section.

"Rabba" is a downtempo track with a chugging groove and mesmerising Indian vocals that are fused with poignant melodies to create a sun-drenched vibe that radiates heat.

Closing the release is Rodrigo Gallardo's remix of Rabba, which adds a sitar and other instrumentation after switching out the bassline and stripping back some of the original's percussion to create a more atmospheric version.

Helia Jmaali's artwork glorifies the sacred cow of India, with colourful flowers and dancing spirits in the sun-soaked mountains.

Sol Selectas returns with the 4th edition of its Global Entry 4 compilation, which features 11 organic house tracks by Amour Propre, Alar, Rex & Lyda, Memo Rex, Brett Leve, GEØVHÄN, Hamza Rahimtula, HOVR and Touzani, plus a collaborative cut by Nicoleo and Ariaty.

This spectacular selection has been hand-picked and curated by label owner Sabo and has an uplifting mood that focuses on the concept of new beginnings to mark 2023's approach of Spring and winter soon coming to an end. Although each of the tracks focuses on organic house, it also takes influence from other genres such as Afro house, deep tech and indie dance.

'Global Entry 4' is the fourth in the label's annual series of winter releases which help warm our hearts and minds as we wait for the summer months and festival season.

The artists who feature on the release are a mix of label favourites such as Amour Propre and Memo Rex, but all of the other artists are making their Sol Selectas debut, including the likes of Brett Leve whose track on the compilation is his first ever release.

Embracing different cultures from around the world, this multicultural release features music with roots in Indonesia, Argentina, France, UK, Colombia, India, Morocco, Spain, Germany and America.

Collectively, the artists who feature on this release has individually featured on other influential record labels such as Cafe De Anatolia, Bar 25 Music, Get Physical, Stil Vor Talent, Kindisch and Harabe.

Helia's artwork displays the Global Entry portal in a lush green jungle with otherworldly audio visitors bursting through the doors of perception.
