I started producing music in 2019 and I feel in love with deep dark sounds. And I started to do my research about how house music started. I never looked back after I have noticed that actually I have a potential in production and I polished up my skill.

Siyacotton_art is from Eastrand of Johannesburg. I recently changed my stage to siyacotton_art from subzero because I have noticed that actually there's lot of subzero's in the music industry. And that it was a challenge to people who listen to my music to identify me. Siya_cottonart came from marging my real name Siyabonga with the name i created from at Varsity when they offers us to create your own business venture. That's where the name came from my government name and business name.
