3 Easy Ways To Grow Your Self-Esteem Today

A little message to those who project their inner garbage: CUT IT WITH THE BLAME. STOP PROJECTING YOUR SHIT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PAIN!

After an encounter today with someone with a stinky mojo & aura of inner poo, I realised there are benefits of coming into contact with ISPs Inner Shit Projectors. Here's 4 of them:

1) You realise what a damn warrior you are for remaining calm and steady in your queendom (or kingdom).

2) You realise that might be how that person talks to themselves, and that's totally worthy of compassion.

3) You realise you don't have to deal with that bullshit but can create super healthy boundaries and sparkle forcefields* to keep the muck away. 

4) You realise, you can't run from your own inner shit, and if you don't want more shit, don't dish it out, boo.

*Strengthened and built through a consistent practice of self-love and care.

Dealing with ISPs — Inner Shit Projectors

In this 4-minute FEEL YOUR FEELS MEDITATION, I'll offer you a refreshing and grounded way to sink deeper into the wisdom of You vs. dancing around inner doors and getting stuck in pain and superficial thoughts.

Learning to decode your feelings, becoming emotionally literate, is the path of the life artist and inner freedom fighter. And, it takes practice. I've learned that before I could "sit" with my feelings, that I had to take it a step back, and first, give myself permission to feel. Does it make sense?

I used to go through my asana practice and meditation all up in my mind space. Not feeling, but sitting, thinking and waiting for the pose or moment to pass. I didn't know how to feel or what feeling my inner space meant. And, I didn't even know that I wasn't feeling, until I started to actually feel.

So if you're new to meditation, or have the desire to deepen your ability to feel your inner space, I hope this meditation will serve you in positive, healthy and empowering ways.

Feel Your Feels {4-Minute Meditation}

In this less than 4-minute recording MEET YOURSELF FOR THE FIRST TIME I'll offer you a little prayer to grow your self-love, so that you can invite the possibility of returning again and again to the wiser, unconditionally loving you.

Learning to love and accept who I am, and becoming comfortable with taking risks, falling on my arse AND succeeding, has been a life-long practice for me. I know now, that the love I have for myself is the fuel, creativity, magnet, and magic for every single thing that I do.

Cause self-love not only carries you into a sacred acceptance of your soul-filled body shape, bringing more life and power into you physically, but it creates a super healthy state of mind, one that supports you, no matter what muck is being thrown at you or coming out from within. Bam! 

Unlearn Self-Hate & Relearn Self-Love...Here's a powerful tool I call the Self-Love 3-Stepper:

1. Recognise the SLB — the Self-Limiting Belief. I can't do this. I suck. I'm not good enough... Name it. Call it out. Claim its presence and power over you.

2. Forgive yourself immediately. Take a super deep breath in, and exhale, a deep clearing breath out. Eventually you may even find yourself smiling or giggling when you catch yourself mid-self-shit talk.

3. Replace the SLB with self-love and kindness. Rub the center of your chest, press into your lower belly, and use positive affirmations: I am amazing. I am peace. I am worthy. I am love. I am exactly what my life needs right now. And it is enough. I am enough. Amen and aho.

The spell that suffering casted upon your heart, at no matter what age, must be acknowledged and handled with care, knowing that you already are and have exactly what it takes to get yourself to the other side of pain. You are worthy. You are worthy.
