Cleavage is at it again! The boys behind the sexy name are the latest contributors to our edit series, and have made a rework of their smash-hit "Prove". The edit strikes a more serious undertone, while maintaining the sexiness and vocal hook that made the original great. The core element exists of a synth line that reminisces of old school garage, rolling from multiple build-ups and drops that have you on the edge of your seat (or on the tip of your dancing feet).

Intec is known to many a fan of House and Techno as a scene leading label set up by the iconic Carl Cox who has been at the forefront of DJ culture since the early 90s.

With a roster of artists including the label boss himself plus Nicole Moudaber, Jon Rundell, Marco Bailey, Carlo Lio, Cristian Varela and Dosem amongst many others of a similar calibre.

This new release is from Intec regulars Drumcomplex & Roel Salemink who with this release makes their fifth appearance on the label as well as featuring their debut collaboration album in 2014.

Having also released music on Bush Records, Bulletdodge and Marco Baileys label MB Elektronics, the pair are no strangers to the world's Techno scene, and this release showcases their impressive sound in all its glory.

German born Arnd Reichow aka Drumcomplex and Dutch native Roel Salemink are both respected solo artists in their own right, but when the pair come together their complimenting styles have produced some of their most compelling work.

The first track Ampex is packed with tension thats brought to life by the underlying menace of its melody. Tom drums bubble up in a fast flowing rhythm which is soon complimented by a hard hitting clap to provide some added aggression. Taking no prisoners, this is dark and dancefloor focused Techno at its most exhilarating.

Second is Eighties which starts with looped chords that build with suspense as the track develops. When the main breakdown hits, so does the roar of the bass synth, which then tears through the track with devastating force. Peak time and perfect, this track is packed with a raw energy and cryptic sense of excitement.

Delivering once more a concoction of only the best and brightest talent joining Pursuit’s roster for another edition of Wild Cards. 

Opening things up with a stellar debut on Pursuit is Italian producer Black Odyssey with Antares. A melodic corcorker that did wonders in Rob Hes’ liveset on Tomorrowland. Speaking of Rob, the label’s head honcho has been digging deep into his studio and bringing us Winter. An out of the box groover combined with a filthy lead bringing it all together. 

Mega-talents Loco & Jam are back on Pursuit after a killer remix, this time with an original called Departure. A melodic piano concours which eventually erupts in only peak time galore that Loco & Jam can deliver. Dennis Apec is new to the family, this talent that Rob was able to spot very early on in his career, is bringing the goods for Pursuit like no other. Bring Me Home is again a bigroom pounder combining crazy synths and a thunderous beats destroying every sound system. 

We don’t know what Carlo Ruetz was drinking when he made Lexicon Rave, but we want in on it! A crazy combination of freaky synths that haunt you everywhere, combined with a hypnotising break eventually erupting in spiralling out of control destruction. Bageera is on closing duties and bringing really raw talent to the table. Man’s Problem is a hands-in-the-air endeavour building slowly the tension while eventually ensuing in absolute mayhem. This is Wild Cards.

December the 27th meets Chris Veron - a passionate DJ and one of the rising techno artists from Southern Germany to release on CODEX.
His tracks storm the Beatport charts and supported by Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Monika Kruse, Spartaque, Roberto Capuano and many more. Besides producing and performing live on numerous fests and clubs, Chris also hosts his podcast series "Black TECHNO Friday" also supported by big names of the Techno scene. 
Chris has more than 15 years of experience as a DJ (Vinyl & CD, USB + external effect devices) and therefore it's time to check out Chris Veron's unique live performance and studio work which you can try on your peak hour set!
