Off The Grid christens its record label with a first release composed by very close people to the heart of its functioning. On the A1 we find a melancholic optimist house cut, made in collaboration by Ancut, head-mastering engineer from Analogcut, and Onirik, OTG’s head honcho. A2 features Onirik’s solo offering, a trippy dreamy off kilter cut, ideal for warm-up or early hours. The B-side belongs to Views, already responsible for a couple of releases on Garage Hermétique, one of the founding labels of Off The Grid, who wraps up two tracks full of atmospherical punchiness, clubby IDM, with his signature acid basslines and storytelling.

For our next EP, we proudly present a groove masterclass collaboration between Dragusanu and Sorin Milea, the esteemed resident from Deep Mix Bucharest. Sorin's deep involvement in the Bucharest underground scene, combined with Dragusanu's legacy as one of our first resident artists, has resulted in tracks that truly resonate with us. To elevate this release further, we enlisted our Latvian friend and icon, Mr. Electricano, who has amazed us with his unique interpretation of the groove. After 1 good year of hiatus, Room With A View is back in full effect with a very special 3 tracker by Kyodai, a duo that has been gathering serious momentum after highly celebrated releases on Local Talk, Exploited, Freerange or Pokerflat to name a few.

The famous brother pair has proven to be working hard in the last years recording, remixing & touring extensively. Reknown for their energitic live performances & to have deliver tracks & remixes that have been played by the Who's who of the global House scene, Kyodai have decided to choose RWAV to deliver some very personal tracks. In 2013 already, they appeared on our label with the uplifting "What You Give" that became on of the key tracks of the live sets of the last 2 years.

Enjoying a long 15 years friendship with Dairmount and a common love of hybrid tracks loaded of musicality, Javi & Luis decided to lock themselves in studio last winter inspired by the idea to be the artist chosen to relaunch the label in 2015. The title Times Fly symbolises the longevity of friends that went through 2 decades of creation & exchange.

And the result has been as surprising as the pair shaped up a very hypnotic & tribal red line with these new tunes. The title track "Times Fly" has been recorded in a few hours on a full moon night in their berlin studio, managing to induce a perfect balance of melancholy & tribal rhythms. Quite different of their usual sound signature, the track got everything to conquer the hearts of many different dj's & listeners this summer. "Sacred Ritual" is born of the idea of creating a special tool for Panorama Bar (where the pair just played before their studio time in january) and focusing on the power of drums & percussions. Finally, "You Know It" is reminiscent of their classic Kyodai sound epitomised by their hit Breaking with filtered basslines & catchy samples. The track has been one of the big crowd pleasers of their recent live sets.

Fast-forward six months, past the devious Seth Troxler 12" collaboration 'Love Song', and the Swiss DJ and producer's back on the label with 'The Believer', three belting tracks with plenty of vigour.

As the year progresses, Apollonia keeps up its steady release schedule with a delightful new EP from Swiss alchemist, Alci. The young producer has already made an impact with some tre cool releases with labels like Robsoul, owned by Paris rudeboy, Phil Weeks. Now we have this sublime three-tracker landing on Apollonia and it’s serious…

The EP gets moving with a track called ‘Garden Of Buddha’ which is a perfect example of Alci’s ability to cook up strange sounds while keeping it groovy and dance floor-friendly. ‘All Bun’ follows with more of the same; original flavours, minimal composition, with deep, catchy rhythms and vocal clips. ‘Traveling Soul’ closes things up neatly, giving us an enchanting collection of effects with a pulsating bassline that will have you gripped from the moment it appears.

Another step forward for Alci and another diamond release from the Apollonia team…
