Support from Daniel Avery, Andrew Weatherall and other trendsetting peers and luminaries has ensured that Kiwi & Ashworth have jumped from ones to watch to this year’s pace setters… 

New East London imprint Sneaky hit the ground running with a well heralded release from young guns Silk 86 late autumn and follow up with this luscious slab of euphoric, ambient at times, forward thinking house music. 

The lead track 'UCX3' is a drawn-out, gradually swelling, half-euphoric-half-pumping roller, Zubr is a haunting, mellow piece, featuring Joe showing his prowess on a 1960s Wurlitzer. The track is drenched in the accidental noise, pops and clicks involved in using something so old, and this gives the track it's comforting charm. 

Arguably the wild card of the release, 'Dusk,' stays clear of the drum machines, and paints a subtley epic picture with a reverb-drenched piano and folkey violin drones, all being driven forwards by an ominous pulsating Moog bass. 

Sneaky Music... 

With releases & another record label under their respective belts, Sneaky was an idea for a label and party cooked up by good friends Pablo Ranacat and Andy Bird over some serious late night partying, and epic mid afternoon steaks & red wine sessions and now a reality really seems to be finding it’s feet with this second release. Analogue synths and programming combined with a very current and London sound sets a marker in the sand for this exciting new label’s next releases. And with names of the like Nicholas, Rick Wade and the label bosses themselves thrown into the mix we’re expecting good things.

The free download series will see us work with both artists we’ve worked with before and some we plan to work with in the future. With the restraints of pressing vinyl, financially & time wise the fdl series will serve as an output between vinyl releases, to keep a constant flow of high quality music coming through the label.

Seb Wildblood & Hollick - Rough Dreamz

The boys are skating back into action with “Apprentice,” a three tracker featuring staple cuts from their Punch Drunk Love residency at Output’s Panther Room which first appeared on Frank & Tony's much-lauded Resident Advisor podcast. The EP opens with the title track’s propulsive funk bouncing along, building rapidly before setting the stage for a sample-led breakdown sure to foster eyes closed elation. Next, the deep-sea throb of “Lamento” shimmers like beams of moonlight piercing the water’s surface before a hi-hat shuffle stirs it into an after-hours stomper. Bringing things down nicely is the strut of “Modest Season,” it’s hushed drums anchoring the track as rain drop-like keys drift in and out like the calls of sirens at sunrise.

Tipping Point unites what was always supposed to be united. @florianrietze and @lucamusto found themselves to be each others perfect creative complements. 
With Florian's feeling for forward-oriented basslines and Luca Musto's sense for magical melodies combined hypnotizing beats, the two form a perfect symbiosis of outstanding creativity. Subtle melodies, inspired by the outdoors, lead to a natural lightness in their sound. The endearing depth of the EP is a perfect fit for peaktime highlights as well as intimate moments in smaller venues.
London's celebrated newcomer in pop art, Benjamin Craven, has understood the spirit perfectly and designed a spot-on cover artwork.
Tipping Point contains lots of love and a special mood that you hopefully enjoy as much as we do.

As you may have guessed Conga Fever’s Seksi Disco Remix brings you exactly everything you desire to have a hipshaking dance under the mirror ball and maybe a bit more.
Our friend and jack of all trades David Hasert provides an interpretation of Latewood you can definitely name Techno. However we would call it - it’s absolutely fire in the hole!
Last but not least Watergate resident Ruede Hagelstein strips the track down to its core parts and proves that the concept of "less is more" is not just a theoretical, but a very practical and danceable one.

Kompakt and Multi Culti producer LUM brings his exemplary talents to Get Physical's Kindisch imprint on September 9th, dropping a splendid two track EP titled 'Selva'. The release contains two mystical groovers in 'Toé' and 'Respira', which come strapped with top notch remixes from NU and Dance Spirit respectively. Label stalwart NU delivers a fifteen minute epic in his rework of 'Toé'. The mysterious Berlin-based producer has crafted a slow-rolling production that builds effortlessly to an ethereal climax. The atmospheric touches are sufficient to lift the listener away as the track chugs slowly to completion.
