A lot of this seems to have good potential and it seems like the form and synths are there but it just sounds odd...its almost like incredibly compressed and then not brought back up to normal volume...do you have heavy compressors on the master track?

The volume in some areas need to be turned up some areas are way to low sounds great in the begining and very creative.

Definitely turn up the levels in the track. This area sounds kind of low. Other than that, nice track I like where it goes. 

mixdown needs work, volume is all over the place, some samples are much louder than everything else, and this bit sounds like there might be a low pass filter over the whole mix? also the noise shaker/hihat towards the end is too loud
