The conceptual continuation of our first album, a story told from a different angle, "Monster at Heart" is the culmination of the band's meticulous work over the last several years. Through ten songs or almost an hour of music, this album paints a story of the human condition and relations towards external uncontrollable factors that affect our lives individually and that have affected the human collective unconscious throughout the history of civilizations.

Mission 87 is a solo synthwave composer, heavily inspired by the music of the 1980's including Van Halen, Petshop Boys and late Pink Floyd. As heard in most of Mission 87's songs, The Super Saw, Electric Bell Piano mixed with guitar solos is what makes the sound of Mission 87. Bringing power and uplifting emotion to listeners is the main goal for Mission 87.

'When Musicon contacted me and gave me the opportunity to remix this song, I was immediately up for the job once I heard the track. I knew right away I could turn it into a powerful 80's remix. I started off using a DX7 FM Synth for the low end bass and then layered a Juno 106 analog synth for the high end bass. Once I added my own custom piano stack with warm synth pads and guitar solos, The remix was pretty much done. I am very happy Musicon gave me the opportunity to remix this awesome track by Hibbos and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Thank you Musicon for choosing me to remix this song.'
