“Let it Burn” is the first single taken from music-savvy AFFKT’s upcoming new “The Big Picture” studio album set to be released later this summer via Mobilee. For this first advance, AFFKT joins forces and creativity once again with Sutja Gutierrez (The Fruhstucks band) as a vocal guest.

New AFFKT’s album will bring together all the best feelings and elements of the Spanish producer creativity into one cohesive release. New concepts and styles to deliver everyone some of the energy that needs to be released after a forced pause. ‘The Big Picture’ will be probably his most expansive and multifaceted electronic-driven album to date.

And, to show something, here is “Let it Burn” where the Spanish music-producer melts with efficiency edgy-techno, indie dance and new wave sounds. The track leads the listener directly into the sonic universe and experience the album is. New concepts and styles to deliver everyone some of the energy that needs to be released after a forced pause. 

“'Let it burn' is one of the first songs that came out of the new album so it is carefully and slow-simmered cooked, a composition where I tried to create a balance of styles and stay halfway through Indie and Eletroclash, music genres that influenced me a lot when I started making music in the mid / late 90s” AFFKT attests. “Personally, I feel it as one of the most complete songs I ever did along my good friend and favourite vocalist Sutja Gutiérrez; it is a direct song which seeks simplicity and perfect forms. His Lyrics fit perfectly fine with the album concept, they are somewhere between light and dark, but definitely optimistic.” 

Last but not least, “Let it Burn” EP includes a remix of the single by Santiago Garcia as well as a dub version.
