Mixed by STEVE MURPHY & FRANKY JONES with vinyls, 1 sampler and  a 
tape recorder. It toke us 3 weeks (every day 4 hours work) to finish 30min. 
The tape cutting was hard as hell. But the result is a LEGENDARY mix !!!

REVIEUW ON DISCOGS :

At the end of the eighties and the early nineties there were two options if you 
wanted to have a mix with your favorite electronic club music on it: clubtapes 
or computermixes. Some of these - sometimes tv advertised - computermixes 
are true gems.

The scheme is simple: select some good contemporary tracks, get into the 
studio and let some music freak with way too much imagination sample up 
the whole thing.      This Serious Beats Vol. 5 Mega Dance Party Mix is a fine 
example of excellent studio craftmanship. 
This Franky Jones & Steve 'The King Of Computermixes' Murphy one is - pfew - 
mindbending and stands out even more. Frank and Steve must have been on 
some kind of trip, it sounds like they were on lsd and speed at the same time 
while arranging this in the studio. The mix includes more tracks and vocal 
samples then mentioned on the sleeve.  Wicked and completely mental, 
this is an igniting rocket bursting out !!!

It was the 3rd Wednesday of the month, the 12th month of the year and the 11th month of our 6th year rinsing techno and acid techno on Safehouse Radio!!!

FINAL SHOW OF THE YEAR!!!

We've pulled out all the stops and got us an extra hour of avin it acid to celebrate our final show of 2022 here on Safehouse Radio !

From 9pm, Brooksie and Oda share the first hour to get us all warmed up for our 2 guests tonight.
Then at 10pm, Lockdown Records Ludo keeps it going with an hour of acid bangers and classic reworks.
Finally, from 11pm, Acid Resistances driving force Zyco The Acid Commander drops an acid bomb of a mix to wrap up our Christmas celebrations for another year.
