Dutch Niko Moerland started making music as Tiako in early 2002 at the age of twelve. After a few years Tiako discovered the art of being a DJ when he started a weekly radio show. Soon after, he also appeared on stages around the country and played alongside artists like Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Sander Kleinenberg & Leon Bolier.

In 2010 en 2011 Tiako ended up as the number 8795 and 5743 DJ in the prestigious DJ Mag. From that moment on, Tiako decided to focus on making music by starting an education as a producer at the Rock Academy in Tilburg. During this time he gained a lot of knowledge and experience, which he will put to good use in future productions.

Tiako is always in the studio where he is working on new tracks. His roots are in the trance and with the increased love for house he is trying to build a bridge between these two styles. Expect to hear great things from Tiako in the near future.
