Nature's Dance

Tianzuo is an artist, composer, producer and lifelong-traveler from Vancouver Island, Canada. He co-creates his compositions with nature by tuning in to the sounds of the natural world and curating meditative music with the intention of bringing listeners inwards. The name 'Tianzuo' (天作) means 'God's Doing,' reminding listeners that the music they hear is not accredited to any person, but rather to nature itself.

Sitting in diverse soundscapes - from forests and rivers to mountains and deserts - Tianzuo listens to nature's intimate dance between silence (death) and energy (life). Venturing to remote locations around the world with a field recorder and music production gear, he shares the intrinsically healing melodies and harmonies sung by the winds, trees, birds, and water.
