Another year, another Screamer!

I almost didn’t make this year’s Screamer. I have been so busy lately, studying and working on a side project, that I had to give up on producing new music for a while.

You can thank my daughter, though, for this one. She hoped to hear her scream on yet another Halloween track. Oh, and an email reminded me there were only a few days left until this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event - fate, right?

I’ve not been to the dance event since my daughter was born, but I watch the recaps on YouTube every year and it always brings back happy memories.

With that fresh in mind, I fired up the DAW, cracked open her scream sample, and crafted something that has a traditional spooky Halloween cliché vibe to it.

I hope it fuels your excitement as the sun sets over the canals, or as you watch it rise above the picturesque buildings after a euphoric night of dancing.
