The new release 'Slope Forms' arrives at Slope Point loaded with new artists and sounds. Compilations open with Adria Duch with ‘You Reckon’, a dance track full of sparkling chords and twinkling pads, evoking a parallel reality full of joy. In ‘Endless Nights’, The Venusian carefully shoots his arsenal of sound to enter his particular night party, where the drum machine and the chords surround us stealthily. Tsubasa Arakawa brings us ‘The Other Side of You’, a track loaded with analog elements that the Japanese perfectly structures, trying to expand our sensory capacity based on echos and reverbs. ‘Immersive Scope’ is Heiwa's track, a track where low-frequency sounds and constant percussion plunge us into gloomy terrain, illuminated by a celestial vocal sample that tries to guide us through this sound immersion. Edward Bei closes the compilation with ‘Light Shield’, a hypnotic and melancholic journey full of electric sounds that takes us to the depths of techno.

With “The Tube” the seventh release of the label Tiefenrausch awakes – this time out of the hands of Biodub. As a reminiscence to the early times of dub, the record comes as 7inch vinyl.

In a classical but innovative manner Biodub creates a tune between relaxed as well as driving beats and an irresistible deepness. The record presents one track in two different versions. While “The Tube” solely bets on the instrumental deepness, “Until Forever” comes with the voice of Ray Darwin and disperses a pinch of Reggae into the track.
The vinyl is decorated with the artwork of Alexander Ketzer. He created the perfect cover referring to Jules Verne. 20.000 leagues under the sea – exactly the right slogan for Tiefenrausch 007.

On „Familiar Warmth“ he explores the borders of the genre. Warm and subtle developing dub techno tracks build the foundation of this versatile album.

The features of reggae vocalist Ray Darwin and Noetics gituarist Chriz the Wiz as well as the filigree use of percussion and field recordings make this production feel naturally alive. For the visual perfection Alex Ketzer covers both vinyls in a sublime imagery from Jules Vernes „20.000 leagues under the sea“.

We welcome dub techno wizard Van Bonn with his own EP ‘Dopamine Clouds’. The German born lives currently in northern Europe where he draws a lot of his inspiration from his walks along the fjords, adjacent forests and open fields.

The three tracks present different facets of Van Bonn’s sound palette. The eponymous opener is a dub techno monolith. Every element is introduced after the other to generate a dub heavy groove before the break welcomes harmonious pads and contrasting dub effects that carry the listener throughout the time left of this 10:50 minutes emotional journey.

The Drill showcases heavily modulated chords on a forward pushing groove spiced with tonal melancholic sounds. Van Bonn only uses a very few elements in Blurred Submission – a slowed down dubby affair that moves away from the 4/4 kick to make space for deeply processed chords and dub signals that call for the remote future.

Van Bonn – Dopamine Clouds will be out on purple-translucent vinyl in black inside out cover incl. colored sticker. The artwork is based on a painting by Van Bonn and edited by timconduit.
