Go deeper, go deeper
There is a light

At the end of "Hello Earth" by Kate Bush someone whispers: "Tiefer, tiefer, irgendwo in der Tiefe gibt es ein Licht" ("Deeper, deeper, somewhere in the depth there is a light.") It stuck with me long enough to become independent of its original source. This is my take on it. Thanks, Kate.

This track is also heard on "Vuelta" (2015), a video piece by the visual artist Marja Haapakangas.

Vem kan segla förutan vind?

Another track from Rauhanneuvottelija (The Peace Negotiator), dir. Johanna Latvala, February 2018 in Tehdas teatteri, Turku.

Made for a scene depicting an insomniac's half-awake nightmare.

The loop is from another song of mine turned backwards. It coincidentally sounded like "All ships sail" (a bystander's observation or a captain's command?) I liked the image and the ambiguity, so it went on from there.

Hypnagogic Meditation

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something rainbow/universe colored.

This mashup just kind of emerged in a momentary "A-HA!" experience while trying to find a starting point for the music of Buddhamindfuck.  So it had to be made. I'm fairly sure it's not a coincidence, Lennon himself must have written Across the Universe with Somewhere over the Rainbow in mind. 

This never appeared on the show, apart the beginning and the end, which evolved into a recurring theme.

Joululahjana jotain vanhaa ja julkaisematonta! Siinä määrin outolintu tämä intergalaktinen höntsäily on, että koko ajan näyttää epätodennäköisemmältä pystyä änkeämään tätä mihinkään tulevaan kokonaisuuteen. Ehkä on aika antaa se takaisin sinne johonkin eetteriin, mistä se tulikin. 

Tässä siis niille, jotka aina toivoivat keikalla sitä "legendaarista päätä" joskus viime vuosikymmenellä. <3
