Ep 10 - Self Care

In this epsidoes of Meeting Midway - Tier 2 Prevention we talk with Stephen Hibner on the importance of setting expectations. Setting expectation is a powerful, powerful tool that teams can use to enhance not only the quality of someone's but also build better communication and relationships with those involved. However, setting expectation needs to be done in the right way. During the course of this epsidoes Stephen and I will provide an example of a poor set expectation of a supervisor rambling off tasks and setting expectation to have them complete and then provide a much better approach. Stephen also highlights the importance of team involvement in setting expectation, the importance of taking on small tasks one at time, and the importance of "Earn" and "Don't Earn" and why we use this phrase.
