May is mental health awareness month - the time when we shine a bright light on a topic that deserves all the love and attention it can get. Mental health is a real thing, and it's something we should be talking about.

Mental Health Awareness Month is all about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a safe space for everyone to open up, share their stories, and seek the support they need.

Together with our next Tierra Sónica guest @genytenvanhetleven, we will take a deep dive into how our experiences in the buzzing world of nighttime entertainment intersect with our emotional well-being. From wild nights out to the quieter moments spent reflecting, we'll explore the highs, lows, and everything in between.

@genytenvanhetleven has been a figurehead of the underground scene for years. This killer selector has serious class, takes bold risks, and is bound to ruffle some feathers with her sets. As a part of  Pinkman Records crew, an affiliate of WORM, Roodkapje and now, POING, Genyten's mark on Rotterdam is undeniable. From Lithuania by way of warehouse raves in London, her style combines industrial tinged sounds, bass and avant-garde in a manner that is futuristic and surprising as much as it can be counted on as being an instant classic.
