I call to my higher self and the family of light.

 I feel their strength and that they give me my strenght like the roots of a tree.
 I feel my intimate zones that let me experience the sacred sacrament of love and union.
 This zone let me feel the two poles of my masculine and my feminine aspects.
 This balance gives me the gift of creativity and empathy.
 I feel the energy in my stomach and therefore the energy that comes from my stomach.
 It feels like an energy machine that is responsible for my whole body.  When my heart is open, it's like a gateaway.
 I am beginning to perceive higher energies.
 When my heart is clean, my throat begins to find a breathing rhythm that connects to my brain and my heart.
 When I dive deeper into this rhythm, I fall into a state of trance and the focus slowly leaves my eyes.
 At this point, I feel something in my head / brain that is slowly opening up.
 Inhaling and exhaling lets me dive from inhale to exhale deeper and deeper into myself, back into the now, then into visions and visual manifestations, back into the now, then into higher communication and higher frequency tones.
 When I come to this potential, my head is completely open like a flower and there is a nice, heavy rain, of which every drop gives me an understanding of the whole and of unity.
 I have a blissful, joyful and very satisfying perspective.
A feeling of arrival.

The Blue Nile Falls is a waterfall on the Blue Nile river in Ethiopia. It is known as Tis Abay in Amharic, meaning "Smoke Abay". It is situated on the upper course of the river, about 30 kilometres (19 mi) downstream from the town of Bahir Dar and Lake Tana. The falls are one of Ethiopia's best-known tourist attractions. The falls are 42 metres consisting of four streams that originally varied from a trickle in the dry season to over 400 meters wide in the rainy season. A short distance downstream from the falls sits the first stone bridge constructed in Ethiopia, built at the command of Emperor Susenyos in 1626. According to Manuel de Almeida, stone for making lime had been found nearby along the tributary Alata, and a craftsman who had come from India with Afonso Mendes, the Catholic Patriarch of Ethiopia, supervised the construction.
