We are excited to present a new podcast from Tierra Profunda, we love to produce music, 
and at the same time spread the fines electronic of this creative world, through our 
Podcast. This time we would like to explore the brilliant work of Cosmovision Records. " 
Cosmovision is a collective of artists, friends, and immigrants living in Montréal with the 
proposal to make music that evokes respect and consciousness about nature, they look to 
go beyond the act of pushing buttons to create digital music, on the other side, they want 
to inspire like a collective and invite to reflect about the elements of our land, elements 
that sometimes-western culture forgets, but through art, we can analyze, reinterpret and 
value.
His project inspires me, and at the same time, we feel a lot of parallelism with Tierra 
Profunda, like a collective that is looking for similar proposals in the message and the 
music they share.
For this I will share this music travel true a Dj’ set with all tracks from Cosmovision 
Records, integrating concepts of multi-culturalism, perceptions, and magic vibrations, we 
celebrate folklore, roots, and modern music, Dip into real life through this humble Dj set,

1)What book do you like to read?
I've recently read the book "The Enneagram" by Richard Rohr & Andreas Ebert. The Enneagram is a model of the human psyche, a framework to understand the many facets of human personalities. It has really helped me to have a more compassionate view on myself, seeing more clearly my strengths as well as my pitfalls that come naturally with my personality type. If you're curious I can highly recommend going down that rabbit hole. I am a Type 3 by the way.

2) If you were a superhero, what powers would you have?
My power would be to infect humans with so much love and confidence that they feel in pure alignment with themselves. One could also say, in concord 😉. With that power, we would all be connected to our true inner strength and co-create a utopian world with the unique gifts that have been given to each and everyone of us.

3) How long have you been awake (and why)?
Tricky question. It reminds me of that time back in 2016 when I spent 2 weeks in a buddhist monastery called "Deer Park Monastery" in southern California, in the tradition of the peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. There, I had an experience that might be called a "Trauma release" in classical psychological terms. In spiritual terms I would call it an awakening moment for me personally. So from that perspective, it feels like I am in the process of waking up since about eight years. The more pragmatic answer would be: Four hours right now.

Kon Faber - Cheer (Jacob Groening Remix) [KAMAI MUSIC]

Welcome our new EP, featuring original music by Nadav Dagon, as well as amazing remixes from Max TenRoM and Catatonique!

Nadav Dagon is a sizzling organic house producer whose sun-drenched tracks and live performances fuse live instruments with synthesisers and drum machines. He is an Israeli artist who has played international shows everywhere from India to Brazil, and his music has been released on prestigious record labels such as Camel Riders, 3000 Grab Records, plus his own Circle of Dreams. Nadav Dagon also collaborated with Roy Rosenfeld for a release on Guy Gerber's Rumors.

Carla Valenti collaborates on one of the original tracks in the style that the Chilean artist has featured on the likes of LNDKHN and BLOND:ISH's Abracadabra Music. The other original track has been made alongside GALGO (IL) and Yinon Dar.

On remix duty, Max TenRoM is a French artist who blends jazz musicianship with electronic sounds. Inspired by exotic sounds and different world cultures, Max TenRoM's music has been supported by people ranging from Goldcap to Above & Beyond, and his tracks can be found on imprints such as MONADA, Cafe De Anatolia and Harabe.

The second remix comes from Catatonique a Mexican duo whose downtempo style blends epic synths with immersive atmosphere and flowing percussion. Alongside releases on their own record label, Subnautique Records, their tracks and remixes can also be heard on the likes of Lump Records, Shango Records and kośa.

Opening the release is the collaboration with Carla Valenti titled, "Egypcia." The track centres around a modulating arpeggio synth that's shrouded by Arabic guitar chords and dramatic live percussion, while the thumping kick drum and throbbing bassline hold the groove steady.

"First Night Back" is second of the two original tracks, and it's a three way collaboration between Nadav Dagon, GALGO (IL) and Yinon Dar. It's a deep an atmospheric track with haunting vocals and soothing melodies, which are layered with shuffling percussion and a bassline that warps into a bubbling acid line.

Catatonique's remix of "Egypcia" focuses round a chugging section of the original's bassline, and adds new synths that give the track a chunky groove.

Max TenRom adds an Afro house vibe to "First Night Back," as his rework incorporates dramatic percussion and more prominent use of the original's vocal.

Sabo’s record label, Sol Selectas presents a mystical organic house EP by Jean Vayat which also features a remix from Emrat. 

Jean Vayat is a Ukrainian artist currently living in Los Angeles, United States. He has a nomadic style that blends sun drenched melodies with uplifting synths and flowing percussion. This is his first solo release on Sol Selectas following contributions to 5 of the imprint’s compilations, and it solidifies him as a core member of the label’s artist family. Jean Vayat has also featured on other respected imprints such as Go Deeva Records, Harabe, Baikal Nomads and Shango Records.

On remix duty, Emrat is a Ukrainian artist from Kiev making his Sol Selectas debut following tracks and remixes on other respected imprints such as kośa, Hoomidaas and MONADA. His style blends Arabic influenced melodies and traditional instruments with enchanting electronic sounds.

The EP's title track, "Changes" opens the release with acid bass stabs and a pulsating arpeggio synth that forms a foundation for Arabic strings and a haunting vocal by Mohsen Neshom.

Track two, "Good Morning" is a psychedelic track with spiralling synths, trippy vocal textures and a warped flute that adds to the track's hallucinatory vibe.

Third on the release and last of the originals, "Trayam Bagam" is a percussive cut with cinematic vocal chants that add to the epic sound of this invigorating track.

Emrat closes the release with his remix of "Trayam Bagam," which is an atmospheric version that strips back the percussion and adds additional synths that help create a more majestic version.

The cover by Helia Jamali takes us through a portal, to a parallel universe of constant changes.

The Semana s' project is part of a creative process during a residency at the @Studiobato (bordeaux, France) in 2022, a studio on board a boat as its name suggests. For a week Da Iguana & Walass went into exploration, as much in improvisation as in the sampling of old vinyl or to try percussive objects of all kinds. The two friends tried to transcribe the tranquility of life on board, approaching the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one. It's in this metal and wood decor that the tracks and the concept of week were born. In search of the different moods that cross us, according to the days of the week and their sometimes frantic pace, the two companions have fun. This sound journey also evokes their meeting but especially their love for music.

Colaborador de Rural Dj's en el pasado, y actualmente co creador del sello Tierra Profunda nacido en el 2020 en la Araucanía. En el presente haciendo raíces de comunidad siempre con ganas de compartir música, la cual humildemente mezcló. Gracias a todos los productores y músicos que lo hacen posible. Y a toda la gente que he tenido la oportunidad de conocer en este mágico acto de compartir música.

Using music to convey a message of love and gratitude, Tierra Profunda has managed over the past 3 years to fully integrat e itself into this large tree of artists and to stand out with its multiple sounds traveling through the immensity of electronic music culture. 
Immersing himself in the light of organic house and the depths of downtempo, Tierra Profunda has already colored the airwaves with several tracks released on multiple labels, which have received more than encouraging acclaim and feedback. 
The release of the E.P Horizons in 2021 on the Tibetania records label has been a huge springboard within the music industry, with 2 remixes by the great Jack Essek and the talented Majed Salhi. 
This was followed in 2022 by the release of the track Raiz on the prestigious Kosa records label, which received a great reception with an entry in the Hype Beatport top 100 in the organic house, downtempo category. 
After appearing in France for private events, in Chile at Puesco Fest and at Sunday ecstatic dance sessions in Pucon (Chile), there's no doubt that Tierra Profunda's place in the world of dance music will continue to grow.
