Here is a bit of info about the track.
The track "The Settling Song" is an 11 minute piece of music written to help children as part of their settling routine in the evenings, before bed. It can be played during the night routine or at bedtime. It is also suitable for adults who need help relaxing and falling asleep. There are 3 main components that this peice uses to help with sleep. 
1. Soothing music - using OHM chanting by Reiki Master, Councillor and Psychic MARIA LACEY, plus soothing music
2. Sounds that relax and invoke sleep, in particular, the familiar sound of a heart beat, plus ocean sounds and other relaxing real life sound effects
3. Binaural sounds - these are sounds, that are hardly heard in the track, that actually change the activity in the brain to a more relaxed state.
