In Dezza's astounding song and dirty-dance floor club grooves, 
slowed the same song that opens this mix [Assurance] down.

The effect is quirky and it seems to work rather well. =) For Sander van Doorn's uplifting uptempo "whistle while you work or twerk" song, the track is transposed by 300 percent!

This is the final song version I'm doing before working on the fun video I am going to put together for my very first Mashup featuring one of my own tracks [haven't done this before for some reason. Glad I did. =) 

Plenty of bootleg/mash stuff with OTHER tracks from other people but this is the first time I've joined my track with another person's.. .well TWO other people =) 

MEGA Awesome tracks and glad it came out this way. Seriously almost took a looong maybe-I-will-come backlater break [lol two year break or more =p] while working on these two tracks but the "Naughty Nice and Nice" mix I am more than glad to say that I spent the time to complete this mix. =)

When I first created this song it was 2008. The initial name of the song was and still is "Caribbean Seas." 

The initial track I began in mid-2007 shortly after viewing "Pirates of The Caribbean 3 : World's End" at a small movie theatre in the town of Brunswick Georgia. =) 
At the time,  I was pitching a remix to the independent artist JES who was doing her Face-2-Face tour throughout a string of F.Y.E. stores within the U.S.A. The song remix is Sweat (TIGER M の Heated Passions Remix).

After sharing the JES remix with a understanding and friendly F.Y.E. representative [told her to play it as soon as JES setup for CD signings and distribution of the original single and song Sweat ^_^ She did! =D] 
I headed over to the movie theatre--which was PACKED! Good thing I purchased my ticket 2 hours earlier!

Shortly after I returned from my fun venture which took me to Georgia, Savannah, and back, this track began to take form. The initial idea was to make an all original track complimented with the string bit from the awesome song "(Yes) He's A Pirate." As I began to find more and more memories from the SUPERB series I had viewed all films of in sequence [starting from 2003 all the way to 4 years later in 2007!]
in theatres within the U.S.A.! =) It was time for a bit of homage. ^_^ Little did I know it'd grow so.

I halted production on the track after doing the opening [where all the synths are going] and while checking what music I had begun but not yet completed in 2009--came back to it near spring.  
March 15th, 2009, to be more exact. ^_^ I stayed on the track all day and upon completion--"WHOO!" 
I shouted as loud as my vocal cords would allow me without coming out of my throat! XD

"Feel Good Tune!" is an understatement! =D Is it ironic that four years later--we see the 4th Pirates OTC? ARG!
Going-on Five years as each theatre trip to see Pirates just seemed to get better and better and best! =D

I did not get together the idea to put together a homage video for this song until just last year. It was not until this year [2011] that I finally decided to brave 12 hours [no kidding] 
no-eating-no-resting to complete a montage and passionate video homage of the upcoming FOURTH installation of Pirates of The Caribbean series of films -- that I often find interesting that Disney backs -- but am glad they do! 

Initially, I was adding this track to an album I had titled "A River To Mainstream" as my 25th personal album and the last one I had begun working on just during Spring of 2007.  A "personal album" is mostly pretty much an album that I listen to myself to enjoy, but do not share publicly for any number of reasons. This song was followed by "Bambalam" the 8th and final track I have thus far worked on for said-album [A River To Mainstream]--the track ["Bambalam"] I began and completed June 1st, 2008.

It was not until mid-2009 when I learned about the music that some people refer to as "Mash-ups." 

It was not until 2010 and early winter 2011 when I began to come to understand through amazing video productions and films like Directors' Benjamin Frazen & Kembrew McLeod "Copyright Criminals" and Director Brett Gaylor & Victor Stone's "RiP! A Remix Manifesto" -- that I realized that the music I had been creating since 2005 to 2011 [vocals, piano, synths, drums and the Roland Boss DR-5 2004 & before a different story ^_^ ] was a hotly debated grounds over the thin line between "Freedom of Expression" and "Financial Freedom."

Earlier I had learned about controversy surrounding sampling while reading the excellent books All You Need To Know About The Music Business by attorney Donald S. Passman; Confessions of A Record Producer: How To Avoid The Scams and Shams of The Music Business by producer, activist, businessman and entrepreneur Moses Avalon; and finally Making Music Your Business by lawyer Traci Truly.
[in that order]. Later I learned of Daylle Deanna Schwartz and her excellent work and read 
"I Don't Need A Record Deal" as well as "Run Your Own Record Label." 

ANYWAY! Beyond all the boring mumbo-jumbo that brought this song into production and the video homage into passionate presentation in celebration of the next film I intend to see opening day--

About Tiger M

Tiger M. Gales [Tiger M] is a 26 year old American DJ, Writer, Artist, Musician, Producer, Performer & Choreographer born in Albany, Georgia. He is the first son of Dr. Mahasin H.M. Majied and the late Master-Chief
[Navy S.E.A.L.] Ahmad H. Majied.

Tiger is also the fifth child of seven siblings including
four stepbrothers, a younger sister and brother.

Born Khalid Hazim Majied, Tiger legally changed his name
after his strict father’s death in March 2005.
At the early age of 3, Tiger began singing and playing the piano. Originally trained in soul and classical music, he would eventually be exposed to pop, jazz, rock, and hip-hop at an early age. This mixed exposure would eventually lead him to develop his own unique sound.

At age 5, Tiger developed a passion for the drums. In order to keep the noise down in an otherwise "quiet neighborhood;" Tiger’s parents refused to purchase him a complete "Drum Set." Instead, he was given a yellow headed bass drum and a set of drum sticks from a local Habitat For Humanity�"and he played the heck out of it! Rigorously played each day as if a snare; it would not be long before 5 year old Tiger would smash a hole through both sides of the large bass drum.

One year later; Tiger would have access to a full drum set that he’d play everyday.
At age 11, Tiger composed his first piano score: "The Descending Guillotine." The melodic composition was performed at local events in the young boy’s hometown, and he did receive much praise�"but Tiger did not desire to become a pianist.

Strictly religious, Tiger’s parents were not fond of hip-hop, rock, or otherwise "vulgar" styles of music. Instead, Tiger was directed towards his father’s colossal vinyl collection including R&B & Pop legends such as: Michael Jackson, James Brown, Sam Cook, Marvin Gaye, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Patty La Belle, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Huston, and Earth, Wind & Fire.

Ever curious, Tiger desired to hear what he was told "not to." Eventually, the young boy would sneak outside of his father’s record collection and listen to his step-brothers' "secret" contemporary music collections.

As a result, he was exposed to a broad range of popular artists including: The Sugar Hill Gang, MC Hammer, Marylyn Manson, Ozzie Osborn, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Pink Floyd, Vanessa Williams, Dr. Dre, Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony, Cher, Sade, and Korn.

After filling his young head with music his parents and brothers enjoyed;
Tiger became hungry�"hungry to hear "more."
Unable to attend sleepovers, parties, clubs, or other events where they could get into trouble; Tiger and his siblings developed an avid passion for video games. With an ever growing hunger for music; Tiger developed an interesting habit.

When no one was playing the family Nintendo Entertainment System; Tiger would put a blank cassette tape into his parents' Karaoke Tape Recorder; plug the recorder’s microphone into the recorder jack; and place the microphone in front of the television speakers to record the instrumental tracks from various Nintendo Games. Later, he would create song lyrics for the upbeat songs.

While working as a caretaker MGCM, for his stepbrother’s Music Conservatory, Tiger was introduced to the Roland Boss DR-5 Rhythm Section. He’d spend hours on the machine, and would eventually be "dismissed" from his job for often spending more than eight hours a day producing arrangements on the Tone & Rhythm Machine.

Using the MIDI instruments on Roland’s DR-5, in a single month,
Tiger would produce over 250 unique arrangements.
At 17, Tiger made a drastic change in his musical selection. Learning that PC CD-ROM games like Mindscape's Cyberspeed and Psygnosis's Wipeout could be played in car and home stereos; Tiger began purchasing PC programs and video games to learn if the discs would play in standard stereos or not. Inevitably, Fatboy Slim, Tim Wright, The Chemical Brothers, Photek, and Paul Oakenfold became major influences in Tiger’s dance-ready sound. At 18, Tiger began studying at Darton College; a small community college in Albany, GA. Tiger’s first two semesters went Undecided. Later, in order to understand Japanese video games; Tiger majored in Foreign Languages with an emphasis in Japanese. After a love relationship that ended violently; Tiger began to study Psychology.

At 20, Tiger "*graduated" Darton College, and began a full time job as a customer service rep for Bellsouth. Three months later, Tiger requested a termination. After explaining his situation, the request was granted.

*Shortly after marching, Tiger learned that he was 3 Biology credits short of a degree in Psychology.
At 21, Tiger majored in Performing Arts at Valdosta State University. It was at this time he realized he was forcing himself to be a traditional College Student. Shortly before mid-terms began, Tiger walked away from classes to focus on his True Passion:
