Slowpunch features new Subgenre „Funkyslowhouse“ with uplifting banger „Spellbound“

The Downtempo Scene is on the rise, more and more subgeneres are coming up. Til von Push & Jan 10ner joined forces to push the slightly neglegted funky, warm and happy side of downtempo to the Floors and speakers. Their debut single „Spellbound“ features some funky chords, a groovy house rhythm plus a driving Apreggiator that´ll lift up your mood. The Tune is accompanied by a rather cool and clubby Remix by Zürichs finest Matija.

Despite their love for Slowhouse and Disco they have different musical backgrounds. Jan was deejaying electronic music since the nineties but focused on production and label work for slowpunchh in the last years. Til comes from the field of hip hop and electronic live improvisation and just switched to deejaying two years ago. Their tunes mainly start with a live recording on the hardware setup and then gets detailed treatment and additional compositions on the DAW.
