We have another sonic delight for you (including track list), this time from Heliopora.

Heliopora is an artist whose name brings to mind sun, deep sea, and coral reefs, brings us an aquatic sound journey inspired by his diving experiences and long record of mixing out in nature. Co-Founder of Melifera Records, a French-based record label and events organiser, his music seeps a life lived between the blue coast and the foothills of the Alps.

Heavily influenced by dub techno, this ambient-esque set in particular evokes those moments when you enter into a new world filled with deep blue hues, the rays of light glistening through, shining onto the fish, algae and anemone surrounding you. It recreates those tangible moments as your head goes under water, the sound around you changes, and the salt prickles your skin.

The creativity of Forest On Stasys is Influenced by tribal minimalist techno in the nineties and the deepest and most abstract techno currently. In his tracks the most seductive elements are the use of resonant basses perfectly combined with long and reverberated pads, extensive sonorous landscapes that are modified by continuous movement of LFO, solid grooves and strident percussions.

But not everything that comes out of his head is created with an intention to be used on the dance floor. He has a great admiration for drone and ambient tracks, without a rhythmic pattern that predominates, where the main factor is to captivate the listener with melodies that can be marked by a strong melancholy or with notes that give a certain feeling of satisfaction depending on his current mood.

At the beginning of 2019, he released his first  work 'A Vision Of Light' in Danza Nativa, where currently he is one of the pillars of the label based in Buenos Aires.

Maria Conesa aka Connie is a music lover, passionate about electronic music. She has been collecting for years, both in physical and digital format, and performing in the comfort zone of her home, but lately she has felt encouraged to perform with bigger audiences and has played in Barcelona venues such as the Macarena, Sala Taro or Rusc.
She insists that she is not a deejay and that, above all, she is a "come bafles" (speaker’s eater, in spanish, meaning someone who loves to be in the first row during a rave, right in front of the speakers)... But from TILECT we are certain that she is more talented than she believes and that is why we share this podcast with you and the description she wrote about her mixf:
"If you close your eyes, the prevailing atmosphere of this session will transport you to a dark and unknown world, full of monsters and strange characters. It's normal if you feel uncomfortable. I just hope that in the end you don't want to leave this place"

One last mix to end the year. When Svreca sent me this set, he could not have known what it would mean to me. I have spent so much time looking back lately, reliving old discussions and re-imagining moments passed, often lamenting how much was lost along the way. In just under three hours this mix communicates the flow of years. An archived recording from a special memory, it reminds me that the passage of time is beautiful even in what it fades away. Listening to it, I become lost completely, as though I am everywhere at once.

Thank you to everyone who listened this year, who sent warm messages and left comments, who supported us and kept us feeling connected. Thank you to the artists who continue to give their time and trust to the podcast and label, and keep us moving forward.
