Check first 'Astrafunk',a warming 188 BPM loop jam that peppers a rolling, jazz-flecked house beat with boogie bass, kaleidoscopic synth doodles, warming chords and spacey motifs, before admiring the early St Germain style jazz-house classiness of 'Make It Real'. To round off a rock-solid EP, he lays down a suitably trippy, woozy and surprisingly loose-limbed chunk of dusty loop-house whose restless electric piano motifs and rumbling bassline are undeniably addictive

Easily one of the most exciting artists that we featured in 2019 Hurlee has been on proverbial fire recently with a series of beautifully produced EP's touching down across the house spectrum from disco to deep.

The Basel based underground house label "Karussell" presents his first release KRSL001! The "Margarita" EP contains 2 originals with one remix each. On the A-side, Tilman & Will Buck present a pompous house board with "What are you gonna do?", the remix by Dan.B is a bit more harder, but no less groovy! The B-side "End Of Street" is written by Shaka and offers a wonderful interplay of various melodies. A quieter, electronica variant of this is offered by the remix of Herr Vogel.
