These are just some of the artists Easy Mo Bee has produced in his 30 years in the business. Easy Mo Bee sits down on The Library with Tim from a coffee shop in Harlem for an extraordinary interview which covers the producer's early beginnings, working with Miles Davis, Tupac, Biggie, and Big Daddy Kane; and what similarities he was able to find in each of these artists. Mo Bee also discusses why we should appreciate 90s commercial hip hop, and the reason he decided to stop using samples when creating beats.

MC Lyte's career has spanned almost 30 years. When her debut album, Lyte as a Rock debuted in 1988, she was, the first woman to release a solo rap album with a major label. Lyte has not lost a lyrical step and continues to stay at the top of her game. On November 17th, Talib Kweli will drop his newest album, Radio Silence, which will feature the likes of Rick Ross, BJ the Chicago Kid, Waka Flocka, Jay Electronica, and Anderson .Paak. and more. During his interview with The Library Tim Einenkel, Kweli spoke about one track on the album, “Heads Up Eyes Open” featuring Rick Ross & Yummy Bingham, how that collaboration came together and why Rick Ross' verse was so incredible. Tim Einenkel also asked the BK MC what is the overall concept of the album. “Radio Silence is definitely a very musical album. I gravitate towards musical tracks...This album has a lot of strings on it;a lot of horns on it; a lot of music. That is where I am at in my life. I'm not just doing beats and rhymes.”
