The wife and I had got in a fight, and I was kicked out for the night
So I sat at the bar fumin mad
Then a short man walked in, a young Mexican
Wearin a three piece suit and a black cowboy hat

I know it wasn't right, but I was drunk and wantin to fight
But he just smiled and asked me my name

I walked over and knocked the bottle out his hand
It spilled all down his suit, I waited to see what he'd do
But he smiled, shook his head, and walked out the back

I followed him outside still lookin for a fight
and said "hey Pancho why you runnin away scared"
But faster than a mamba strike, he hit me with a pretty hard right
And I keeled over gaspin for air

He pulled out a revolver, and poured the bullets in his hand
and said, "Amigo, do you believe in heaven or hell?
Well you might find out tonight, what's on the other side
For messin with a member of the Cartel

He said my cylinder holds 5, but I'm gonna put in 3
For everything that you've done to me
One for spilling my beer, one for ruining my suit
and one more for bein racist and mean

He put the bullets in, gave the cylinder a spin
Ad I still lay writhing on the ground
He pulled the hammer back, I waited for the blast
And I thought of my wife and kids back in town

He pulled the trigger, click. I couldn't help but flinch
He grinned and said, "Todays your lucky day

He got inside his car, drove away from the bar
And I used a payphone to call a cab
Now I don't pick no fights, ever since that scary night,
