A wonderfully romantic ballad from the bye-gone era of the 'crooners'.
I just quickly put this one down here in the Studio, one night when the mood took me. :)

Someone To Watch Over Me

This is a rough draft of the classic song by Bob Fripp's band, King Crimson from the early 70's, featuring the wonderful keyboard playing by Andy Kinch and the masterful wizardry of Don Schiff on the NS Stick Bass. This track started off here as a quick temporary event until some further editing - notably the obviously unfinished end. :) All the vocals are mine and were recorded here at 'The Tim Lynk Studio' in Melbourne, Australia. Notable here is the TC Helicon processing for the harmony parts.  I hope you enjoy. :)

In The Court Of The Crimson King

This is a song that I really love and loved singing. I recorded all the vocals for this version in England in 2017 using just a Shure SM58 microphone and very basic equipment. It is a complete rework of the original and was formally intended in its' earlier incarnation as part of the Kracked Earth 'Splash' project in 2012. Sadly neither version made it onto the final cut for that particular project. All the vocals are performed by yours truly. All the other vocals for the 'Kracked Earth' album 'Splash' were by contrast recorded at 'The Tim Lynk Studio' in Melbourne, Australia. I hope you enjoy. :)

Dawn's New Light

A powerful & passionate song, describing the endless depths of a Mothers’ unfailing love for her own child. 

Sadly, not all of us receive our share of this love, but notwithstanding it still remains the normal, healthy and instinctive drive, provided by the Ultimate Benevolent Creative Force, which urges all Mothers throughout the entire animal kingdom, to prioritise above all else, the creation, establishment and constant attention to the nurturing and protecting bond between Mother and child - even at the risk of their own lives.

The song title ‘Ima’ - ‘אמא’ is the Hebrew word for ‘Mother’.

Exodus

I first heard this gorgeous piece performed live, sung by the amazing Matthew Ward, accompanied by Richard Souther on Piano.
As the title reflects, it is taken from the book of Tehilim (psalms) and written by David Ha Melech (King David).
Although Hebrew in origin, Matthew used an English lyric, which works really well here.

I've always really loved this song, but until now, couldn't find the inspiration or the passion needed to dare 'telling-this-story'.

Here's a song, which, I recorded here a while ago. 

It's my take of, and in tribute to the amazing John Farnham.

I've always thought that this song is gorgeous, but until I had personally lived the equivalent feelings, I didn't feel I could do justice to such a passionate story, which unfolds within this song.

Please Don't Ask Me

I originally recorded this song in England some years back just using a Shure SM58 microphone plugged straight into the back of a rather congested all-purpose PC via a lite version of Cubase. The whole track has been masterfully remixed by our studio's resident in-house Audio Engineer, Craig Brumby. I hope you enjoy. :)

Mountain Remix - 2016

This is a song re-visited in 2017 that I really love and loved singing. We first started work on this 41 years ago!!! It was originally intended as part of the Kracked Earth 'Splash' project but sadly didn't make it onto the final album. All the vocals are performed by yours truly however unlike the remaining 'Kracked Earth' songs, which were recorded at 'The Tim Lynk Studio' in Melbourne, Australia, the vocals for this particular piece were recorded in England using a Shure SM58 microphone, which was then plugged directly into the back of a very unstable PC!!! Scarey times!!! Lol!!! I hope you enjoy. :)

This is a song taken live from a large concert that I gave in Melbourne, Australia. 
Many of my friends around the world may not yet have heard me performing music from a Modern Chasidic genre, but in Melbourne I have been well known for many years working live in this particular idiom. 
I wrote, programmed, arranged and recorded the orchestral score for this songat 'The Tim Lynk Studio' in Melbourne, Australia, as well as recording the backing vocals, which make their entry towards the latter part of the song.
