EX:Panse Records introduces you to the very first release from the label, with an official preview of the debut EP that the label has to offer from EX:Panse Records boss Funk Rider X with the 5 track offering "Inauguration EX", with the second track of this EP "Night City 2077". As a artist Funk Rider X has released with various labels internationally including the likes of Antarctic Records, Joke-R MNML Records, 13 Records and now on his own imprint EX:Panse Records with the labels debut release and EP. With the second track of his Inauguration EX EP, "Night City 2077" is an 11 minute affair of Minimal, Progressive, Acid Techno. More stripped back from the EP title track, Night City 2077 has an more progressive and uplifting tone whilst maintaining those futuristic themes.

Still maintaining analogue, with its 303 acid baseline again used by Funk`s Roland TB-03 and with its drums with Funk`s Roland TR-8 Drum Machine for that acid and analogue techno, Night City 2077 opts for a more dreamy and progressive, uplifting tone with sight melodic moments. Lead by a funky, groovy synth lead accompanied by a dreamy riff in a progressive, uplifting manner the other elements maintain that futuristic aspect with its FX, effects, robotic vocal snippets and a second lead synth. Midway though the track, it has a nice, dreamy break down with a melodic tone accompanied by its vocal snippets. A stripped back and dreamy affair, "Night City 2077" is an worthy follow-up to the title track in "Inauguration EX" the debut EP and first release on EX:Panse Records from Funk Rider X.
