Has fast food been changed forever? With the lack of labor available to operators, chains like McDonalds, Burger King, and others have now gone to drive thru only models that save on labor cost by closing restaurant dining rooms, which means less overhead for maintenance and cleaning, while allowing for a better end product. But what about Five Guys, Chipotle and Cafe Rio ...chains where the consumer has to walk in to customize their order, and where the building has no drive thru option?
