With the release of their self-titled debut album, Berlin-based Australian duo a.s.o. – made up of DJ and producer Tornado Wallace (AKA Lewie Day) and singer-songwriter Alias Error (AKA Alia Seror-O’Neill) – fleshed out their nostalgic, dreamy and trip-hop-skewing sound across 11 emotive tracks described as “torch songs for club freaks”.

Across their Sunday Mix, the pair untangle their knot of influences for an hour-long mix that features a selection of music they’d choose to listen to while “trapped inside on a rainy Berlin Sunday”.

Kamoun has developed a signature sound where percussive intensity meets atmospheric depth, blending polyrhythmic drums with modern electronic textures. His fascination with traditional tribal percussion, paired with influences from minimalist field recordings and British bass culture, generates a hypnotic energy that resonates with the raw power of contemporary electronic music.

With the Artefact EP, Kamoun unveils three tracks exploring diverse sonic landscapes. Each piece stands out with its own identity, where rich vocals & textures and rhythmic complexity meet unexpected twists. This is the merging hydra of these two dubby-eletronicky-cheeky experimentators.
Jonquera (half of Pilotwings, thrisd of Jeza-Bel and many more) jazzy-poppy-variété rythms crunches Officium dreamy-hazy-bass dubs in a gaze. 
These 6 tunes have been recorded live during a jam session, mixed by the duo for a tape project.
But the Tioma Tchoulanov's mastering conviced us to press a small batch of 300 copies.
Paolo Viscogliosi painted some artowrks elements and they enjoyed the layout with Maya Bellemin.

DJ Phonetics is co-founder of 54Kolaktiv, 54Sound and Toestand vzw. He has been inspired by soundsystem music since he bought his first records in 2001. Formerly known as a Dubstep, Grime and UK Garage dj he is now playing Popular Bass music from around the globe. Depending on the mood he'll play Dancehall, Grime, Baile, New Jersey, Bmore, Drill, Ghetto tech or something else.

Joteskii Groteskii releases Jääkautiset, a C70 tape by Horseface. Jääkautiset is a companion piece to Horseface’s 2017 album Jääkausi and consists of remixes of all the tracks on Jääkausi and five unreleased tracks from the Jääkausi sessions. This includes the infamous cover of MA Numminens song Dägä dägä and a song about the 2010 hot dog eating world championship. Horseface asked some of our favorite artists to each remix one of the tracks of Jääakusi and were amazed by what we got back. There’s everything from mutant club bangers to sound art and eerie collages by Finnish, Portugese and Swedish artists. The cover is designed by Teemu Raudaskoski, Tampere artist and musician, also responsible for the remix of Kentauri.
