Airlines Records makes its recording industry debut with the first release from the Turkey-based DJ and producer Umutbooy. The brand-spanking new imprint under Techno Airlines which has been known as a community dedicating itself to exhibit the spirit and glow of techno worldwide is a new line specialized in music publishing.

Entitled 'Miraculous', Umutbooy's fresh single on this brand-new record label is an eye-opener as its title suggests and an ethereal upbeat melodic techno tune enhanced by the artist's brush into a rousing dancefloor belter.

The track showcases a slick of techno groove with an electrifying atmosphere accompanied by captivating vocals in the intro and retro arpeggios and lead licks around. Airlines Records' debut catalogue is a distinguishing prologue to new layers emerging from an exciting euphoric tale in the techno scene.

Full-on raving days can’t come soon enough, and this EP by Tal Fussman has us craving for infinite underground submersion. The descend begins with 'Extendo'. The Israel-raised and Berlin-based artist alights in electronic rapture, part ambience, part industrial with just the right amount of House to sway gently side to side. Celestial as its strings, there’s still a subtle telluric feel to this track that is much welcomed. Metallic as the last, 'Hunta' takes over with mechanical precision and synthetic clairvoyance. Disruptive modulations are heralded by ethereal chords that feel like heavens clubbing your mind in submission. Reminiscent of magnetic resonance, this is mental imaging and perforation, and with sweeping electro-melodies, its abrupt end leaves you wanting to bask in its eternal lockdown.
Voluptuous percussion and robust bass unwind the title track, as it swells up into a funky, vigorous groove. 'Down & Out' still boasts synthetic elegance but its earthiness flourishes. This track is climactic, and expressive, poised for liberating, orbicular processions on any relenting dancefloor. ‘Are You?’ wraps up the quartet positing a lingering impression and profound questioning through motion. Mental and gritty, marked with vibrating contractions, Tal’s modulations are shrill and pervasive, but with soothing depth, this finale, as is this release, is balanced with crude and ironic optimism.

Returning to Récits de Mars, Kapibara deliver Gaboon, and includes a Jay Fase Remix. Kapibara's music has graced Frau Blau, Metrica, Bar 25, Atmosphere, Chapter 24 and of course are regulars on Récits de Mars. The title track 'Gaboon' opens the EP, and a percussion and melodic deep voyage ensues, with its mesmerising vibes emitting coolness from every pore. The track builds in intensity as layers unfurl their magic, and pack a mighty punch.

Stepping up on remix duties Jay Fase. With his music appearing on Moblack and Switchlab, and previously being part of the duo Rey (who were awarded with several gold and platinum discs), he is no stranger to making a solid slab of music. This remix takes things deep, afro edged, tinkly toned, a slight wobbliness and plenty of drive. 'Tomodon' rounds the release superbly. A dirty and bouncy affair, where dreaminess glides across before dance floor relentlessness returns.

"Discoteca Italiana" is a contemporary interpretation of Italian club music from the past decades by @musumeci and 5 featuring artists.

The EP starts with "About Your Story" a joint opus with @andy-bros. A track with classic drum machines in a distinctive breakbeat pattern combined with orch hits, scratches performed by Italian Red Bull 3style champion @stonic and a voice that reminds us of the important things: "Passion, Soul, Glory".

The second track on the EP, "Bells of Freedom", a collaboration with @lehar-music, picks us up with driving arpeggios and a straight four by four beat.

Followed by "Go" a collaboration with @dodi-palese, a song inspired by a classic dance anthem. Rolling basslines, imposing tom fills and pads with a long release.

The fourth and last track is a symbiosis with @enzoelia. Tension is created by intrinsically quiet sounds, which are presented to the listener at a habitual more aggressive texture, carried by a spherical chant by Stefano Proietti.

From Istanbul to Italy, Isolate welcome Tayga. A rising star who previously appeared on the label’s ‘Mutations III’ VA release earlier this year, he now returns with his first full release for the label.

Two originals, one remix; ‘Keep The Rhythm’ sets the shimmering scene. A staccato riff that rises with drama and surges with emotion, there’s a crisp sense of hope rippling throughout as Tayga puts us through our paces. ‘Vicious Circle’ takes the shimmer factor even further with cathedral-sized arpeggio that shatters through the track like sharp rays of sun through thick dark storm cloud.
