Hollandsche Nieuwe, a new duo on the block formed by two friends Mathijs Smit and Nathan Homan. Another random story about two guys meeting each other on after parties, both happen to be DJ’s, and almost immediately fell for each others music, weird anecdotes and stupid jokes. But this time these two guys happen to make and play ridiculously cool music together, that is getting lots of plays by Malbetrieb, Tsepo, William Kuam Djoko, Woody 92’ and so on. And to put a ring on this bromance, they both started to work at the same record store. Like in the movies. Together with KopjeK’s very own Tjade, Mathijs and Nathan are starting a new record label called KopjeK records. Needless to say, these guys are something to keep an eye on.
