The resulting four tracks will get you going like those three drinks mentioned in their titles, enjoyed in no particular order in the warmth of the morning sun. The mellow pace of the groove is adapted to the high UV-index of a tropical setting. So is the thoroughly playful and casual vibe, even though the melodies float along with musical depth and sophistication. When the sun touches the giant marble statue of the almighty Acid Cow in the far, far away Arctic, the monkeys gather to warm themselves around the sun-heated stone. The ground starts pulsating to a steady groove, and hypnotic, layered pads of awesomeness rise from the earth, while melodic sprinkles are carried by the wind. Suddenly, the soil cracks open as unseen magical fruits grow instantly.

The two most delicious »POLAR« and »SOLAR« form an incredible cocktail of mouh yeah wow! The mastermind behind this fresh harvest is none other than APHE, a returning beloved local beat wizard. Timboletti then cooked POLAR into a deep melodic stew, spiced with sprinkles of fun.

Deep down in the distant jungle of Mexico, in Chichen Itza, the most powerful city in the land, the great go of the empire appeared, the divine Kukulkan  (also known as Feathered Snake) acting as overlord to all Mayan Kings. His appearance marks the beginning of a strong cultural influx and prosperity for the Mayan empire! SUPERPENDEJOS, the mysterious duo that came to the Kingdom from another planet were responsible for astrophysics, solar systems and the identification of a new music to enlighten people. With the help of great ruler they became “High Priests of the Sun”, and recorded some elliptical space-time music in stone discs which were buried in the city of Tulum (in the Mayam region) for ages in order to avoid the seizure of them by Spanish conquistadores. Ages ago our technicians managed to identify these diamonds and after careful examination in SHANGO RECORDS laboratories we’re giving you “EN ORBITA EP THE REMIXES”, a Tropical intergalactic planetary journey beyond space and time through Indio-Bass, Electronico Latin-Folk, Cumbia-Tropical by the likes of MR.LOOKMAN & PALE PENGUIN, DJ INKO, TIMBOLETTI and LARRY SKG!!

Ehm… Wooow wow and uffff…  Back home from Afrikaburn - that was something really really really special. I met so many lovely people and beautiful souls, made new friends, digital friends became real ones, discovered sweet and creative ideas at every corner, got surprised over and over again… Expectations were built up and broken down to experience something else and unexpected… And just when I thought I learned my lesson about having expectations about whatsoever or taking anything for "granted" I checked the recordings of the sets I played down there in the desert, to decide which one I would like to upload and share with you, I had to realize that I fucked it up and all of them have the shittiest recording quality ever… Hahahaha, ohhh man…  So what can you do? Well - I decided to figure out the playlist of my sunset-set at Everland and just record it once more here back home… Hope you'll enjoy it anyways…

It sounds as smooth and precise as the flight of a falcon in the hot winds of the desert when Shkoon draw their ethereal sound loops around us.
