Abilio Samuel, conhecido como Samuel Subcultura, e pesquisador musical e agitador cultural, promove desde meados dos anos 90 a cultura musical independente na cidade de Sorocaba. A paixão pela musica começou logo na infância influenciado pelos pais e pelas irmãs, amantes de soul, disco, rock, new wave e musica brasileira diversa.
Conheceu a cultura dj através do hip hop, e no começo dos 
anos 90 expandiu o conhecimento  abrangendo outros gêneros da cultura DJ, por conta disso suas apresentações transitam em diferentes gêneros musicais, formando um conjunto das suas diferentes influências. Desde então, vem encabeçando diversos projetos, entre eles Soundstation, Baixaria Bassxment, e o mais recente Rebel Soundz na Radio Na Manteiga.

Neste mix Samuel transparece as raízes da sua pesquisa musical, trazendo pérolas do boogie e do espectro do house mais deep e soulful influenciado pela disco, por Chicago e por Detroit.

Originally broadcasted in early May 1993 by Danish Radio's P3, a few days after the 'DM i ROCK 93' (Battle Of The Bands) -final. 
This radio program was a coverage from that historic evening that literally kickstarted Dizzy Mizz Lizzy's career and changed my life forever.
 
The sound clip is a transfer from my own cassette-tape recording of the show, which explains the sound quality :-)
