Belgian-Caribbean provocateur Charlotte Adigéry and her long-term musical partner, Bolis Pupul release their phenomenal debut album Topical Dancer via Soulwax’s iconic label DEEWEE.
 
Cultural appropriation and racism. Social media vanity. Post-colonialism and political correctness. These are not talking points that you’d ordinarily hear on the dancefloor but Charlotte and Bolis have ripped up the rulebook with their debut record. Featuring standout singles ‘Blenda’, ‘HAHA’, ‘Thank You’, ‘Ceci n’est pas un cliche’ and today’s focus track ‘Making Sense Stop’, Topical Dancer - which cements Charlotte and Bolis as a duo under both their names for the first time and is co-written and co-produced by Soulwax – is both a triumph of kaleidoscopic electro-pop and “a snapshot of how we think about pop culture in the 2020s.”

As promised earlier this year we are blessed to announce the second release by Arkology on acetone records! This time we've compiled 2 dubs from the outstanding Blueprint album which was mixed by Aba-Shanti-I and first released on Positive Beat Records in 1994.

The two heavy steppers impress with great energy, haunting chanting sounds and a deep vocal snippet by Ras T on "In the Valley Dub". The cutting snare drums and crisp percussions of the "Reparation Dub" are virtually driving you forward, carried by bassline and melodies in a mid 90s Philip 'Fatis' Burrell style!
