The album was deeply inspired by the Japanese animation "Bubblegum Crisis" and the musician - Kōji Makaino.

After an impressive dream in which he saw a TV tower entwined and spinning in a giant spiral of DNA in the pitch black of the night, and the resulting series of fragmented sci-fi dream sequences, he set out to create these unique 8-track single to create a complete collage of this journey to the Gene Tower - while also seeking inner peace and an endless future in a time of lockdown.

It is also LJC's most complete and profound self-expression to date, continuing to combine elements of Trance, Wave, and Neo-Grime with deeply authentic emotions that resonate with the listener.

The album is backed by a strong international guest list, including remixes from three top producers in the scene - Juche, Kareful, and Pholo. Join us for a journey through the Gene Tower, a fusion of sci-fi dreamscapes and emotional bass-heavy sounds.
