This song is inspired by the Battlefield games and is supposed to communicate a "war is hell" tone. Just imagine with me that the beginning and end bits are the sounds of war and the in between instrumental section is the loss of your hearing as a mortar hits very close to you. I'm rather proud of it myself. Admittedly, I took a lot of inspiration and a few cues from Akira Yamaoka, the man behind the sound of Silent Hill.
