'Running' is a wonderful slab of bubbling deep goodness, with its bassline at the core, interspersed with a filthy gnarly tinged lead and the tasty effected vocal that merge effortlessly as this gem unfurls.

The second track 'Easy Way' is another filthy workout. The excellent vocals are centre stage as this moody yet melodic number does its thing! Tinkly tones, big bass and excellent synth wok are integral to the vibe oozing from within.

The always on point Dear Deer Records fire out another fascinating EP, this time coming from Belgian artist Paradoks. A young talent who already has released on the likes of Parquet Recordings, Carton-Pate Records and Timeless Moment, this 2 tracker Ep 'Mirage' further shows how he excels when it comes to deep, powerful, melodic rhythms.

The title track opens up and is deep from the off, with spiritual vibes and eerie vocals working alongside a tantalising melody and sombre pads. Second Track Passage meanwhile is more driven and forceful, built on a crescent of tension and perfect for the peak of the night, to really have the dancefloor locked in suspense.

Kaleidoscopic colours radiate across Frankfurt skyline; "Dusk 28" opens a world of possibilities for Jannis Brinkmann and Naldoe. Shimmering synth lines blink in stratified layers of sound that bleed into each other like the evening sky. A stream of consciousness pours out in cadenced vocal, that lilts gently into the night air.

'Dusk' takes on a new character over the distinctive features of Berlin. An innovative sonic architecture is revealed as sun makes way for moon via the sounds of Robin Schellenberg. Familiar melodic tropes emerge in the gloaming before radiating outward in new warm shades. Ice cool refrains cascade across a new landscape as Chook creates a dark soundscape that beckons the darkness while chopped vocals and new melodies drive relentlessly forward alongside a menacing analogue bassline. A vivid image of London is seared in the mind's eye; a glorious 'Dusk' courtesy of Nichols creates a thickly textured sonic palette. A deep and resonant bass drives syncopated rhythms that pound a rolling groove, the heartbeat of bustling city as day turns to night.

We start the series of remixes and remakes to celebrate the 10 years of the Morttagua moniker from the Timeless Moment label boss. And to start the series with a blast , we bring you brand new Interpretations of Morttagua & Gaby Endo ethnical classic “Urania”. 

The first Remix comes from the absolute Progressive master Stan Kolev.  With his trademark dark baselines and atmospheres, Stan makes a powerful dance floor smasher as usual. He geniously adds a beautiful new riff melody on top of the original ethnical harmonies and vocals, making his version even more special. 

Gai Barone returns with a version of Urania that was previously only played it privately. When remixing Urania back in 2017, Gai Barone made two Remixes, one that was released and a special second interpretation that was only used as a secret dance floor weapon. Now a wider audience will be finally able to listen to the alternate masterpiece version of his Remix for Urania.
