Revolution Radio is the upcoming twelfth studio album by American punk rock band Green Day, due for release on October 7, 2016 through Reprise Records.[1] The lead single, "Bang Bang", premiered on August 11, 2016. The album's title track, "Revolution Radio", was released on September 9, 2016. The song, "Still Breathing", was also released on September 23, 2016, prior to the album's release.

It is their first album since 21st Century Breakdown (2009) to be recorded as a trio, after Jason White returned to being a touring member in 2016.[2][3][4]Work on the album began in 2014 after a break following their "99 Revolutions Tour",[5] following the release of ¡Uno! ¡Dos! and ¡Tré! in 2012.

After stating that their previous trilogy of albums had "absolutely no direction to them" and attempted to be "prolific for the sake of it," lead singer and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong claims that their new record is "not so much a makeover as a make under."[6] The lead single, "Bang Bang," described by Armstrong is about "the culture of mass shooting that happens in America mixed with narcissistic social media."[5] Armstrong also stated that the whole album is meant to reflect the current state of violence in the United States.

Access Denied comes out on Freshly Squeezed as The Swing Bot’s first official release. This masked mystery DJ was previously heard on international compilations such as the Electro-Swing Elite and Electro Speakeasy with remixes spanning from early 20th century stars Édith Piaf or Glenn Miller all the way to contemporary influencers Parov Stelar and others.
With a style that demonstrates his club-based musical heritage The Swing Bot combines the dark, relentless sounds of underground electronic music with a vintage jazz tradition, creating his own pulsating melange of French house and electro-swing. The Swing Bot, forever hidden behind his illuminated moustache mask, presents in Access Denied a different take on the shuffling rhythm of dancehall swing, using its ceaseless beat to transform a social dance into a trance-like state. 
The Swing Bot regularly takes his live show on the road. With a dazzling visual component, he travelled from Paris to Hamburg, Brussels, London and beyond, leaving behind a mesmerised audience and his particular French touch on the vintage remix scene. We are delighted to be able to finally present a snapshot of his work in the form of these three songs on Access Denied with at least one other future release currently planned.
Access Denied is part of the revived Blue-Cover Series 2.0, with future releases planned from the likes of PiSk, K.D.S., CHARLIE BEALE, FAB SAMPERI and others so keep your eyes peeled!

"La French and German Connection - EP" (Ton liebt Klang) 
Aus einem Musikgeschmack entstand ein Kontakt, aus einer Verbindung wurde eine Kollaboration und aus einer Zusammenarbeit wurde eine gemeinsame EP. 
"incontrol" aus Lyon und "Wolfgang Lohr" aus Berlin produzierten zunächst nur virtuell, über Dropbox, zusammen und schoben sich gegenseitig die Bälle zu. 
Dann wurden die Ideen im Studio ausgearbeit und finalisiert. Das Ergebnis ist ein Electro Swing Track "Le Swing Ist King", der mit seiner eingebauten 
Tanzgarantie nach vorne peitscht und einen satten Ohrwurm hinterlässt. 
Der zweite gemeinsame Track "Holy Blues" siedelt sich im noch recht frischen Electro Blues Genre an. Hier treffen bluesige Vocals auf Mundharmonika, 
Gitarre und eine satte Glide-Bassline.

Abgerundet wird die EP durch starke Remixe in eigener Interpretation, von "Shemian" (Deutschland), der als einer der Electro Swing Pioniere gilt, 
und 2011 sogar für einen der besten Electro Swing Artist nominiert wurde. Und "Grant Lazlo" (Marseille) der in Frankreich und auch international 
zu einer echten Größe mutiert ist! Die EP wird sowohl auf Vinyl, als auch digital im Juni 2013 bei dem Hamburger Label "Ton liebt Klang" released. 
Eine starke Symbiose, mit viel Groove und Melodie für den Club….c'est la vie!
