Revenge - yes, on the enemies trying to lay us to rest. I guess I got the best of destiny when you tested me with your lead friends flying out through the chamber. Crying out danger in the form of a blast. Now it's ashes to ashes after the back draft of my laughter is mastering your disaster. You May have won but believe me, it isn't over till the next time you see me. I have contained the pain, and after this I promise you will remember my name. So now you're gonna wish that the clips that you unloaded hit me in the back. Did you think if you missed me I wasn't coming back with it? The fire, now driven by the fury. Burying your body deeper in a quarry. A jury isn't needed. Let me make the decisions. To be the judge and sentence you to enter prisons where mental incisions will be made causing divisions of brains to be slain. You swung the bat, I'll swing the blade. Cold - I want to crack the ice around you. I would sacrifice myself to surround you with my soul. Hold me up to just let go. Watching me crawl, torturing me, killing me so slow. Make the wounds grow deeper and deeper. I'll grow grim like the reaper. Weep now, you're headed for the gate keeper. Cause I'm ahead of you, beheading the source that caused you to force our love to be lost. As I watch the seasons change, see suns drained by darkness, shocked as your feelings change for me.
For we will never be the same, will we? Don't say we never know who to blame. As I see you laugh at the words I say.  As I feel  the draft a cold wind takes you away. Cold- like the winter snow. Once again I've entered your realm where icicles exist. But my sickle twists, taking care of business. And breaking fear into the witness who was there. With this stare I glare to the atmosphere. At last spheres of heat flash down and the air around you wears thin. Melting the glaciers of ice that won't let me enter. Will you defend or surrender? What has been burned will return. Coming in with the force of four seas. I foresee your false statements towards me will fall. Along with your whole foundation of rumors. It's time to surgically remove these like tumors. It humors me to see that you missed me. But when I was in front of thee, you didn't seem to diss me. It's only from behind that you find it the easiest time to speak your mind. Weak and blind. When my back is turned is when you show the most concern. I bet you wouldn't have that much to say if I  was facing towards your way. So now rising, dicing your style while you think you are the winner. Blink and you'll be a beginner. In a world of memory loss, every source of force soars of the tip of my tongue. Crosscheck you with the mic stand. Plan to be stranded in this land of misunderstanding. I've had enough of these suckas who suck cause the fucked us. They're running out of luck. And they also better duck when I struck once. Just like lightening, enlighten you with my mad skills, my pad spills like red blood, your head floods when I rip and tear at the microphone. I'll ignite your bones just like I'm handing out cremations. I dream nations and nations of people like you should be through when I slice the mic in two. I'm always on you like your darkest shadow. Paddle your way up the river when I deliver. Quiver and shake when I stake you like Vlad the Impaler. Get mad cause I failed you. It's sad cause I nailed the last spike into your coffin. You're coughing up. Like dirt, it might hurt. So open up and let me get inside. Steal your soul, feel me roll, try to hide. This is for the people who dissed this, you wish this was distant. For instance, you talk behind my back but you wanna keep your distance. Or prepare to be flame flashed, just like scorpion. There's a dark man behind my tame mask. Look in every direction, I took the election. All by myself, don't need connections or politics. Your power trips get sour drips, roll down your face when I devour quicks. Twenty-one years and the last six, stricken with sicknesses, stick in my mixed up mind. Split like slit wrists. Spit blood to the flood of the tears that I've cried. Combined with your screams, seems my dreams will not be seen. I've said a lot that I don't mean. Seems my dreams will not be seen. Am I just that worthless one you call your son? If I try to step inside will you just run? I'd like to stop this war that we've begun. But anger seems to be the only force that's won. Visions of words once spoke provoke me. Broken like hope, choke me, you hold the rope. A common ground is left unfound unless the sound of pounding loudness counts. Shouts that fill my mind with doubt, when I'm not what you're proud about. Yesterday was better than today. I'm deader and it isn't letting up. Beheaded myself by self-inflicted pain. You drain my thoughts just to drain. You may say that I have changed, maybe you're the one to blame. You're the ones that made my name, witness I am still the same.

Bring the pain if you want, call my name. But make sure that you take more of my life. Strife. Then ask me "what is all this hate for?" And where did I get it? You're the one who fed it and bred it in me, and let it get ahead of me. But now I realize that your real lies redefy all that you've said, and all I feel dies. And all I've ever felt melts now with the rain. Falling harder than the tears that my soul has drained. I'll say nothing cause nothing is all I feel. I'll be here all by myself just so I can heal. So innocent and unaware to realize you did not care to build a place where I could stay, to watch this all just fade away. Did you actually think I would believe? After being struck down by your greed. Lead me on, while knowing the whole time I'm all you'll never need. Clever indeed. Sever and seed yourself into my heart then leave it back and watch it bleed. And bury what once was very important to you. Distort the true you, abort the few who caught what you do. Then throw me to my death, but soon you will find I'm resurrected from the grave leaving you behind. So now your fantasies can all come true. In that you've found a new source to receive. Bring The Pain


My life, slowly fading away. Thoughts of the past, this misery cold struck my sanity. Try to forget and live another day. I can't feel a thing. You stole my identity...you stole my life. What you call trust, I see five letters that betrayed me. I gave you mine and your nature was displayed. Trust has lost me, can't repay the pain it's cost me. Never love again. My heart is dead, it doesn't beat. I have no pulse, I'm empty, plus I'm hollow and incomplete...

My Life

Tell me about the word trust. Wait a minute, first tell me another lie. Then you'll understand why I could never live a minute with it. Cause every time I had it, it was shattered and broken. Like the ladder of hope in which I try to climb, while blind. To find the end. To get knocked down to the bottom again. Now I've learned what I've earned will burn. But now it's my turn, see now it's my turn, to turn the tides concerned. You seem suprised. Open your eyes. There's no compromise if you tell lies. Stand up if you feel the same. I have cried. We have cried too many times. Too many lies find the time to ruin our lives. So throw your hands in the air if you agree. Do you see? That few will be loyal to you and me. Things are changing, yeah. So what now? Now I don't give a fuck about a vow. How would it be if I turned it around, see? And burned you down like you did to me. To live infinitely in misery. But this will be the last time, not the last rhyme, but the last crime. After  this you are a pastime. Then you'll ask why. And you'll wonder why it's over. Don't be underestimated, state it if you hate it. Never endeavor to put together with forever. Several times I've tried. Every time I find that it is inevitable. It'll never last. Passing faster, love is never everlasting. Blasting through my brain like acid rain. Laughing at me saying "bastard, it'll never last!" And I should have known that it would never grow, would it? Only if you owned me. But only the lonely have shown me to disown the ones who would only clone me. We are the ones who love to not be loved...

One hundred eighty -seven ways to kill a man is the thought you plan until I brought up the fact that you're a phony. And it's known that you were sort of "brought up in a beamer." You're kinda spoiled. And it's filled your mind with all these negative thoughts and ideas. "Maybe I'll go out and by myself a nine." But you'll never use it, you're not sublime. You got the first shot. You threaten me with your plastic lies. And suckas hide from your hard disguise. They don't know where you're really from. I just see a punk with an imaginary gun. When you see me you'll realize, twenty-twenty vision lies within these eyes. You're just a wannabe, you'll never get the chance to be. I never said I'd blast you, but I promise...Make your move.

Tell me who's the one. What one? You know the one that I mean, you're the one who built my dreams. Or did you really? I don't know. But you pick me up and watch me tumble as you torch me like a fire. You lit it, and hid it. So don't hide your face because I know did it. Fitted me with this blanket that should comfort me. But why does it seem to be suffocating me? Treasure your life. But steal mine. You're like loaded nine. Always ready to bust shots into my spine. Wipe away the tears...so you can make me cry again. Hold the hand that chokes me, just to feel security. I'm sure you'll be giving me a taste of your reality. But I'm puzzled. You muzzled and silenced me from stating how I really feel. Now I'm waiting for the real truth in the lies that you've hidden. Forbidding me from getting close enough to realize the life your living. Giving to someone else, not myself, but another one. Committing suicide without a weapon, you're my loaded gun.

It's your hidden identity that the others couldn't see. In a sense your innocence has been a fence. It invents an easy way to hide what is really inside your four walls. The door falls. Unleashing the unseen one. Seen once being hidden behind the fence. But I intend to defy., defend and decline against all your kind and the friends that you spend all your time to get. Just to be popular. Don't stop. You were on top. You'll near the end and soon drop. Now that we have seen your true identity, your unseen side has been revealed to the unblind and those who won't be left behind. I don't have to be someone I'm not to succeed. I'll just be myself. Let no one else affect the way I will be. I am myself, led by no one else. I am alone, get there by my own. Now all you're doing is feeding the fire inside of me. Liar. Expire the times you've tried to take us down. Spite of the fact that acted a little different, reflecting a vision of someone who isn't yourself. But I see right through you, we see through you. Like we knew you all along. Soon enough everyone else will realize and sing this song.

The white flash. Beginnings of another life lost. Mindless crimes steal lives at no dear cost. Gun control has no control, and they don't care. Society should not go on living in fear. But it's reality. And it happens every day. Another child lost from a bullet went astray. And the family has to live in endless grief. Just because you wanna carry a piece. When I look at the endless list of innocent people that have died due to hollow tips it makes me sick. When I read the headlines, lead winds up into a body whom it's death finds. And it will spread like an infection. The question: Should I pack a pistol for protection? These laws will never be condemned. A trend is growing every day and it just won't end. Numbers, not names. And who's to blame for all this fear and all this pain? But it's up to us. Only we can make a change. We hide behind these chalklines. We can't rewind these chalklines. It's hard to face these chalklines. But I will erase these chalklines.

I feel worn by the elements. When I'm the earth which you've walked upon, to spawn a birth, that you would call irrelevant. To the grounds that paved the paths.  A maze of maths which slaves the brave who crave the task of entering my mind frame. One of which is not compatible to A-B, A-B rhyme frames. So remember not to forget the people who created the ground for you to carry out your campaign. Through wind and fire. We will now stand higher. Hardened by the elements of liars. Through the gaseous lands we ride, side by side. And arise from the ashes at last as we pass through the sands of time. Now aware of why, when you tried to dissolve us with water we clarified. And clean of the myths that you've made of us. Broken the friendship you betrayed in us. But like a diamond, only the best can be formed the pressure of centuries sanctified. Through wind and fire. We will now stand higher. Hardened by the elements of liars. I'm not afraid. I'll never be. The elements have weathered me.

The Elements

With the dark of the night she came. Like a mist in the air, with a spark that she'd bare to ignite the flame that would frighten me. I could see the outlines of her body were brightening.  She came to let me know that she exists in mind and soul. Next  the fear resurrected a feeling of care and depression compressed into forming a tear. The complexity here was the peering of her eyes forming a stare. It was that stare and gaze engulfed in haze. Results in ways the occult can daze the brain in multiple ways. I just wish I could feel her this time to calm this memory. Now the feelings are just getting stronger. Like healing the mind of a "death of a closest one's mourner." So that morning I woke with my mind only set to inform her. I'm here to let her know I still exist in mind and soul. Next it hit me like sex that would lift me. Her body was there. She was lying right with me today. So we sit here and lay for the rest of the night through the best of the day. It was that stare and gaze engulfed in haze. Results in ways the occult can daze the brain in multiple ways. I just wish I could feel her in physical bliss to calm this memory. I JUST WISH I COULD FEEL HER IN PHYSICAL BLISS TO CALM THIS MEMORY....I can feel her.

Ghost

Release this beast inside. My alter ego feasts. It's size increases. It soon will be released. It feeds off the unforgiving power of  your greed. So this one's giving power to the ones that lead this exodus. A quest to bust the next that wrecks your trust. Forever let 'em rest in dust. Then start a new path, bring wrath with a passion. Nobody ever stabs your back. Those who try to bring you down will be stopped. Then your self will be found. Gather yourselves together. Those who are real will stay, while others change like the weather. Rain washes trust away. Fear. That's the pain. And I can feel it. Like a storm it's tormenting me once again. Cyclones exist in my mind tearing through the right zone. Ripping out my memory until my sight's blown. And darkness is my vision. But just like a fire destroys the night my light has risen. Darkness will be naked when exposed to the light. So prepare the gear, set the flares to ignite. Those who try to bring you down will be stopped. Then your self will be found. Gather yourselves  together. Those who are real will stay, while others change like the weather. Rain washes trust away....trust is your worst enemy...

Trust

Times Expired plays hard, aggressive, honest hardcore/metal.
Hailing from Rhode Island, TE was formed by vocalist Chris Casci and guitarist Jon O'Dea in 1992. From 1992 to 1998, Times Expired put heart and soul into being the best band they could. From starting as an idea, to covering the East Side with flyers, to paying their dues in the clubs on weekdays, Times Expired painstakingly climbed to the top of Providence music with hard work, determination, thunderstorm guitars and machine gun fire drum beats. 
Since 1992, TE has put out various tapes, vinyl and CD's, and has contributed to compilations and videos.
