Bastian Overgaard (born, 1975) is not just another consultant. He's on a mission. To show how strategic silence can optimize our communication, create effective meetings and support sustainable management.

He advises leaders, gives countless lectures, and facilitates workshops that make up for the abundance of talk that characterizes many meeting cultures.

His pioneering work with silence is based on his research and 20 years of experience as a communicator, entrepreneur, teacher, and author of three books, including the critically acclaimed "Noise Free Leadership" (Danish title "Støjfri ledelse"), which Akademisk Forlag / Egmont published in 2021.
