For human beings of ancient times, the obscuring of a celestial body was an event of immeasurable, cosmic significance. While today we stare at the stars through telescopes and note down columns of numbers with scientific detachment in the belief that we have everything under control, the darkening of the sun and moon is actually a reminder that our lives on earth are in fact beholden to primordial patterns that originate far beyond our small touchscreens.
This is how Lunika's new album "Eclipse" comes upon us as the floor darkens, as certainties dissolve and sentient bodies search for a meaning.

The beats from the speakers and our "heartbeats" become the only certainty, the dance becomes a salvation from the infinite "void" and the drop becomes an initiation.
This is how we break out of closed systems and return to the open sea of interconnectedness – exactly the kind of water we appreciate to have under our keel with Meeronauten Musik. Together with Lunika, Herrhausen & Treindl and J.WOCKENFUSS keep a close eye on the patterns of (sound) waves to provide us with some orientation in the darkness. The name K2W0 (pronounced K-Two) is inspired by K2, the mountain in Pakistan. It’s the second highest peak in the world and a little homage to where I come from. The “W0” twist gives it a slightly cryptic edge, while still reading as “two.”

Every track I make is like a diary entry. It reflects the people I meet, places I’ve been, and how I’m feeling in that moment. I want listeners to connect to something real through the music – whether it’s joy, melancholy, or just getting lost in the groove.

It’s a bit of a melting pot. Blues and rock legends like BB King and Jimi Hendrix definitely influenced my emotional range early on. On the electronic side, artists like Persian Empire and Stavroz have helped shape how I build atmosphere and groove.

🏔️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲? 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀?
The crowd, 100%. Everyone was tuned in and had such a good energy. But the real standout moment was playing as the sun dipped behind Lago Maggiore. That sunset, the lake, the music — it all just clicked. Felt like a dream.

Honestly, collaborating with artists I admire and eventually launching my own label nights. I want to create a space that’s not just about the music, but about community and shared experiences.

Wieder einmal gehen wir uns auf eine abenteuerliche Reise.
Diesmal führt sie uns zu einer geheimnisvollen Festung, durch Nieselnebel, Brombeersträucher und Geschichten voller Wind, Brot und seltsamer Kreaturen. Und wie schon bei der ersten Compilation, bei der wir eine Luke unter einem Sofa fanden, war auch dieses Mal die Musik unser Kompass.

Wir hatten wieder große Lust, unsere liebsten Künstler*innen aus unserer Bubble zusammen auf eine Platte zu bringen und freuen uns sehr, dass es erneut geklappt hat. 27 Songs, 27 Türen, durch die man hören kann. Mal laut, mal leise, mal schnell, mal langsam, mal verträumt, mal pulsierend. Die Genres springen, die Stimmungen wandern, aber irgendetwas hält alles zusammen. Vielleicht das Abenteuer, von dem wir gemeinsam träumen?

With Kommen, E-Gerät & Dan Celot debut on Heimlich Musik, delivering a hypnotic original on the 36th EP on the label. The title track unfolds with moody pads, rubbery synth modulations, and a deep yet playful groove—a special blend of cosmic disco aesthetics and electronic nostalgia. Filtered percussion, echo-laced vocals, and an analog vibe make Kommen both introspective and dance floor–ready.

Adding further dimensions to the release are two distinctly compelling remixes: Norwegian disco connoisseur Prins Thomas injects his signature psychedelic flow, extending the track into a sprawling odyssey of arpeggiated warmth and cinematic tension. Meanwhile, Hysteric strips things down to their hypnotic core, crafting a raw, synth-heavy rework with an Italo-infused edge that’s as retro as it is futuristic.

As a whole, the Kommen EP channels moments of late-night serenity and controlled chaos—offering three interpretations of a single idea, each one built to move body and mind alike.

From the lush, green embrace of the Dandenong Ranges, emerges Timmus, a sonic architect mapping the uncharted territories of sound. His name, a subtle reversal of "summit," hints at a collective climb, a voyage into the heart of vibration. As the owner and director of the Australian label Smash Bang Records, Timmus is a prolific artist with a diverse range of sonic explorations. He crafts and performs under various aliases, each a unique facet of his artistic vision: Sacred Summit, Micro Jaxon, Swingtime Paradigm, and Psymus Drummit. He also lends his rhythmic prowess as the hybrid drummer for The Oddness & Band.

These projects, along with his solo work, showcase his ability to seamlessly blend genres and push the boundaries of sonic exploration.
He is a weaver of sound, a collector of auditory fragments, a builder of sonic sanctuaries. From the tender age of four, nestled in the quiet of rural Victoria, he crafted instruments and captured sonic impressions on cassette. By twelve, he was sculpting sonic landscapes with digital tools, foreshadowing his future as a master of auditory alchemy.
