Help Yourself

Most of my songs are about confronting the things that keep us in a state of dysfunction and the realization that the power to change our circumstances lies within. But change for the better for all of us begins with the individual.  Selfishness is the root of all evil and every crime committed against any individual. Selflessness (comprised of love, compassion and forgiveness) and change are the most difficult challenges we face in life.  Change is the only true constant in this reality, accept it, embrace it and make a difference, be better than me.
