gave example - tried that for at least two weeks and im still not sure whats best to do? WRTH

I was having words in my head : If I had decided to change/stick to that type of diet plan which Doug Graham wrote to myself where says of using no avocados - Then that would have been the best thing for myself , would have bought me ultimate happiness or satisfaction? ?Is that true? erm
