The beat, the baseline and (without a doubt) having Richard Pryor speaking in the background was the biggest draw for me.  Even better was the fact that the message in this song dealt with a situation that Tu was dealing with on his own.  As usual, timeless, yet  "RIGHT ON TIME" Tupac.

Two favorites from A Tribe Called Quest.  Oh My God: featuring Busta Rhymes' classic voice and speaking style as a major part of the rhythm and Midnight. Q-Tip's telling of this story convinces you that you are outside with him after dark.  I loved them both.  Once I discovered the UK rendering of Oh My God.  That was all she wrote.  I had to incorporate it in there somehow.
