This piece was part of a body of works produced in a 24-hour crunch for a film festival, which ended up going unused just due to editing time constraints.

Double basses and a bassoon drone out a gloomy melody over an ever-intensifying soundscape.

All sounds generated from the a moog mother 32, mixed and mastered in logic. I love sound design on this box- having a single oscillator really forces you to make the most out of modulation and the patch bay. Especially interesting designing the percussive elements, and also layering for pad sounds.

This was a little self imposed challenge I gave myself to produce one song in one day using just the mother 32.
