This year I celebrate 24 years as a pro DJ in the Rave business on exactly the same day as Raindance. Even though I was a DJ from a very young age Raindance was my first big break back in 1989 so I always see it as my proper début in to the Rave scene...

It is a massive challenge trying to pick from so many wicked tunes... so the track list is simply a mixed bag of tunes that bring back great memories of Jenkins Lane and all of the Raindance tours that I was involved in through the early years.

Hope you enjoy and hope you can make it to our 24 years celebrations on 5th October 2013 at The Suffolk Street Warehouse in London.

A propos de Pheel Balliana - Pirate, clown et citoyen du monde

Pheel Balliana est la parfait incarnation du clown chantant, sorte de crooner international que ses rencontres et sa carrier ont fait voyager à Bari (Italie du Sud),  Rome, Paris, Rio, Natal et Sao Paulo au Brésil où il est actuellement installé.

De fait, la carrière de Pheel révèle de nombreuses facettes. Tour à tour chanteur de mariage, vocaliste dans des discothèques de Milan à Jakarta, dans des cabarets des quartiers chauds de Paris et interprètes sur des disques destinés au marché de la musique électronique.

Son premier single avec le célèbre Dj Joe T Vannelli fut un succès commercial en Russie et bénéficiât même d’une critique dans le magazine Billboard. D’autres chansons ont figuré sur des compilations Buddha Bar, Saint-Germain des Près Café…

En 2000, Pheel eu l’honneur de lancer les festivités de la Zurich Energy Street Parade devant 1 million de personnes, en chantant sur le premier des 40 chars ouvrant la cérémonie. 

Sa collaboration avec Bart&Baker date de 2014 et leurs titres communs ont été remixés par de talentueux producteurs comme Nicola Conte ou Chris Coco.

Le premier album solo de Pheel, intitulé "GOLD TRASH LATINO" produit par Gabriel Souto et  Ignacio Cervantes, enregistré entre le brésil, Cuba et l’Italie vient de sortir au Brésil et la vidéo du premier single vient d’être récompensée du "Hangar Premio Da Musica", comme meilleure vidéo de l’année.
