Wake up slowly to another banger of a set by our Geju. Ever since the Russian duo set foot inside our Gardens we have been completely addicted to their sound. The longer they play the more interesting it becomes and like always we gave them a three hour set during our Amsterdam Dance Event together.

Enjoy and tell us what you think. Even though we pick up on the deep and dark sound of the two, it also picks up the pace. Unlike Geju? Or did we enter a new period of time for these supertalent.

Unsere Lieblinge Geju sollten uns eigentlich mit einem speziellen Podcast beglücken. Dies musste aber erst Mal auf Eis gelegt werden, denn die beiden Musiker sind momentan sehr gefragt. Zudem werden Sie bald neue Produktionen veröffentlichen, die es in sich haben.

Als 'Entschädigung' erhielten wir ihr Live-Set vom diesjährigen Mayan Warrior Camp. Say what? Ich bin beim Hören nicht mehr aus dem Grinsen herausgekommen und hoffe, dass es euch mindestens genauso gut gefällt, wie mir. Passend zu den letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres 'schwooft' das Set gemächlich und mit einer Menge Leichtigkeit über die auditiven Felder unseres Bewusstseins. Wahrlich zum Verlieben. Übrigens sind in dem Set schon mehrere Neuerscheinungen enthalten...

Ein untypisches Weihnachtsfest

Die Weihnachtszeit hat heute ihren Höhepunkt erreicht. Das Fest ist in diesem Jahr definitiv ganz anders, als es sonst so war. Der Kreis wird auf die engsten Familienmitglieder beschränkt und innerhalb der heimischen Vierwände, sich beschenkt. So manche Tradition wird diese Weihnachten gebrochen, so haben die Kirchen und Gebetshäuser kollektiv geschlossen. Vieles läuft an diesem Heiligabend ungewöhnlich ab, doch so manches bleibt auch altvertraut. Geschenke laden unterm Baum, und auf den Weihnachtsumtrunk verzichten die Meisten, wohl kaum. Es wird gut gegessen und viel gelacht, irgendwie wird aus eigenartig, dann doch passend gemacht. Man nennt Weihnachten nicht umsonst Zeit der Besinnlichkeit, also lasst uns dankbar sein für Familie, Freunde, Wohlstand und Gesundheit.

Der heutige Podcast ist eine Weihnachts-Spezialausgabe bereitgestellt und gemixt von Käpt‘n 12 & Düsentrieb. That February morning the little witch made her daily inspection tour around the bitter cold forest.  It’s been for over one week that the temperatures were around -10°C every morning, but the girl didn’t mind as the whole forest was covered under a beautiful carpet of snow while the winter sun was shining under a glorious blue sky.  She particularly enjoyed the soft cracking sounds as her bare feet cautiously treaded on the immaculate snow carpet, while she was continuously peering down to spot animal tracks in the snow.  She found all kinds of footprints : rabbits, deer, wild boars and even the odd lone wolf track.  The witch was so absorbed by all her tracking activities, that she didn’t notice the spectacular rise in temperature, while the wind had shifted from the North-East to the South.  She only noticed it when  the first green patches of moss popped up from underneath in the melting snow carpet.  The frozen soil soon turned into a pool of mud, but the barefoot girl didn’t mind her feet getting muddy.  Her heart started to beat intensely while she ran nimbly to the Southern edge of the forest.  Such a sudden rise in temperature could only mean one thing :  her wizard had returned from his epic journey to his ancestral lands in Africa …
