Lifted from his debut album 'New Horizons', ALPHA 9 releases latest single, 'Rhythm of Your Heart’, out now on Anjunabeats. 

Artem Stolyarov, known as both ARTY and ALPHA 9, has earned millions of fans worldwide and filled some of the most coveted clubs and festivals on earth. He arrived at Anjunabeats under his ARTY alias over a decade ago. ‘Rush’, ‘Zara’, ‘Around The World’, ‘Rebound’ and ‘Kate’ are classics that helped define the sound of the label in the early 2010s.

Artem later looked inward and found renewed purpose as ALPHA 9, the alias under which he’s explored his true musical identity in recent years. Focusing on the progressive trance that he fell in love with as a teenager, some of Artem’s standout moments as ALPHA 9 include ‘Before The Dawn’, ‘Stellar’, ‘Skin’, and his faithful update of Above & Beyond and Zoë Johnston’s evergreen classic ‘Good For Me’.

In January 2023, the debut ALPHA 9 album emerged. Entitled 'New Horizons', the album has already amassed over 4.7 million streams, and is an enticing look at the ALPHA 9 project to date and where it's heading next. Tracks from the album took centre stage during ALPHA 9's Group Therapy 500 set at Banc of California Stadium, Los Angeles, and during his ongoing 'New Horizons' album tour across North America.

Tim van Werd’s interest in music began at a young age with the drums, trumpet, and piano through training in classical, pop, and jazz music.
As a melodic house producer, this expertise shines through in his seamless productions and dynamic style that blends elements of different genres.
Since 2012 Tim started playing in clubs and in 2013 he started producing his own music. In 2016 he graduated at the Herman Brood Academy in Utrecht as a Dance Producer.

With over 15 million streams on his releases and dreamy livesets Tim is indispensable in the melodic scene.
A highlight this year is a release on Armin van Buuren's recordlabel Armada. Armin invited Tim to play at A State Of Trance and recorded a podcast to talk about his career.
One of his most successful songs 'Believe' is loved by many in the melodic scene with over 2 million streams on Spotify.

Beside singles Tim was asked to remix the legendary songs 'Reflekt - Need To Feel Loved' and 'Michael Gray - The Weekend'.
Tim van Werd's discography got acknowledged by leading artists all over the world, for example; Joris Voorn, Tinlicker, Eelke Kleijn, Nora en Pure.
